  1. lmao, its funny how that page trashing lextasy has lextasy sponsorship all over it. I'd rather get stuff from Carson Toyota over lextasy any day.
  2. The current ClubLexus 10% discount code for Sewell is “CL911M”. Sewell has given me a substantially larger discount than 10% without having a discount code but that could be because I am a repeat customer and have placed some fairly high dollar orders. ACTUALLY there is another BETTER discount for sewell the code is "clublexus" i believe its 15% or 20% i forget which Thanks, you just saved me a few bucks on my tie rods and ball joints. For some reason I'm having a hard time putting together all the pieces for my timing belt job on the sewell site, i may just have to go with another seller.
  3. I can think of the economics behind using conventional oil by jaguar considering statistically you'll probably be plagued with other problems for you even get to a mileage where engine wear is an issue...
  4. they look like the wheels off of an RX, but i could be wrong.
  5. Which model did you have installed? Sounds like you'll probably just need to take a few minutes to program it..
  6. you can buy them from sewell lexus or carson toyota or trade them... I want to trade my clears for ones with yellow...
  7. I have never seen dry ice in my grocery store... but i'd give it a shot... I've tried the airduster method before without any luck..
  8. Wow, Nice! :D looks like you put a lot of time and effort into you're first gen, I dunno how you could even consider selling it. I'd save up for a second gen and keep that first gen around.
  9. First thing you need to do is get a new handle/used handle... try ebay, junk yards, or used parts dealers on forums... next thing you'll need to do is remove your interior door panels... you can probably find a DIY on this from anyone that has ever changed your speakers. After that you'll just need to take a peak and see how things are attached. It shouldn't prove too difficult just make sure you're doing this indoors. I recently changed the broken door handle on my 94 acura legend while it was 30degrees out... couldn't do the work with the gloves on... things got cold fast.
  10. Its a tough choice... I went with the Kenwood DNX7100 which I've been more than satisfied with... there are newer models of it out now also. I got mine about 2 years ago for $900 new. There are others out there as well that seem like pretty good deals like the eclipse avn52d... i haven't done any research on it but its cheap... http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_16102_...2B+iPC-106.html
  11. now you guys know why i got fired from my last job....
  12. no keys at all is a pricey issue... your best bet it to have the car taken to a dealer where they'll most likely have to reflash the ECU... some locksmiths are equipped to do this... but not all...
  13. i recall the lower radiator hoses in cars being the one that needs internal support to prevent it from collapsing... i'm not too sure what the collapsing top hose would mean... unless a waterpump could be installed backwards... which i don't think it can.
  14. welcome to the club... you guys got great roads in florida you should lower!
  15. sounds like something is obstructing the flow into the hose.... unless the hose itself was just in bad shape...
  16. take pictures and do a write up and completely off topic... why is there even a smiley like this.. :snoooorrrtttt:
  17. I never tried adjusting mine but I think they have the adjustment screws the same place the OEM ones have it... just turn the teeth with a phillips head screwdriver... although I would not be surprised if this did nothing on these cheaply made lights..
  18. I've gotten similar results from the meguiars platicx stuff but you're lights were not too bad to begin with at all... looks like that stuff can probably work wonders on worse looking headlights.
  19. lmao... time to break out the huffy...
  20. personally I would just take the money that a warranty cost and put it aside... its not like you own a problem prone car...
  21. I guess i should read up on this too... its starting to seem like an all too common issue...
