    If the handle doens;t release it can be a few issues. I am not sure what M isfor on the dash as it usually says P,R,N,D,2,1 or did you mean N? Do you brake lights come on? You could have poped a light bulb fuse causing the sensor to not activate the park release , or the tranny is out of alignment on the mounts.

    No heat means either no fan or flow through the heater core. Since it is only a problem with hot not cold , i would presume the fan works fine. I would presume the small valve on the firewall with hoses attached is not moving due to the cable on it being stuck as it controls the flow of hot coolant to the eater core to be blown by the fan. Check that

    Hmm the benz one work pretty good, although everytime you open or close a door it sets them off from the window shaking.

    Driving too much isn;t as bad as too little if it is mainly highway then it is very little wear on the car except the suspension ,otherwise you don;t use the brakes or gas which also reduces the carbon and wear on the tires

    Ok here is a diference that may explain the problem, reg gas is lower octane so it i easier to burn compared to premium So you may have your timing slightly off or in need of a new cap and rotor which makes it harder to burn on top of the gas. Check them also. As well premium gas has better cleaners which maybe dislodging dirt causing bad milage for a bit, also how old is your plugs

    It is a first for being asked ,no worries The film would have to be removed before you could apply another one over it to get rid of the reflective tint

    ML's are nice looking somewhat comfortable but alot do come from the states and i would not get one with a vin that starts with a 4jgab as it is a USA one get a wdb as it's finish and reliability is better. It drives like a truck but the 500 is very torquey and smooth to me ,but still not reliable enough. 350 is not bad it depends on what you want in it.

    got bembros and love them but i payed throught he nose when i got hem 6 years ago to be custom slotted as well.

    Not saying it has anything to do with the restart issue but it is beside the throttle plate and iacv ,so if they are pluggged with carbon then so is your egr.

    You have an oder engine, to find actual #'s you need to dyno you car and maek headers to it curve not the oem specs on a engine dyno with no tranny

    no used 97 and up parts but xxx is right it is only metal clips under their i think their are screws and tehn it pushes up to be removed. Buy some new clips from lexus then you won;t have to worry about damagig them during removal

    there is no lip kit for the 2nd gen ES any kit can fit if you have the time money and patiance to get one made

    The starter contacts need to be changed. Headlights working mean nothing to a starter as it needs more power than them.

    no coils only get replace when they go bad they are not a wear item like a cap and rotor

    the faq will help alot for answer questions The water may have gotten in parts it shouldn't have ,it is hard to say. You got the better years of that model 2nd gen es 300 with a newer engine and sytling updates

    WOW $200 is cheap as you usually have to get a new abs sensor as well as the hub has the abs sensor stuck in their and it crumbles when you try to remove it.
