hard to get brighter as halogens are at the fringe end of their technology expansion which is why HID's came along for $300 you can get a great new or used system to eb plug and play for 10 minute install and lexus reliability i now use oem systems only in both of my cars

oem mapping ,yes forced forget about it unless you made a new map to compensate to increase spool rate of a turbo then it would reduce the lag greatly but it would have to be mapped and tuned properly if possible

i go to large coin laundrymats and put them in their washers and take tehm home to dry cleans all the dirt and sand right out

did not know panasonic made oem toyota batteries the toyota ones are about 100 or so for one they work good and the terminals are correct as toyota reverses theirs for some dumb reason amperage cca and ca vary and thestated rates are on a new battery so those numbers are nto goign to be the same after a while of usage which is where oem batteries usually shine as they don;t usually use cheap acid or lead plates so they can withstand more abuse

not really it usually takes 5-10 minutes befroe an alternator will provide a full charge to the battery while powering the car as well after it has used the battery to start to return the charge used

great thing to have that is why BMW also has it called vanos for their variable intake runner

they cleaned the iacv more than likely by doing a throttle body service unless it was removed to clean thoroughly it probably will reapear in a few weeks or months

might eb carbon build up on the o2 try a motorvac first before replacing anything to start with a clean slate /engine

basically that is what i have i got blank vinyl to make the background and cut to fit then had a shop make the chrome ones in the Lexus script to overlay they work and look nice i used flat black to offset the chrome better, am very happy with the flat black over gloss backing cost was about $20 so their $12 is not bad although it is not very expensive to get cut vinyl any sign maker can make then for you locally that cap in the picture is 2.5 inches? it look alot smaller more like a 1.5 the smallest emblems are probably the ES 300 92-96 ones in their center cap i would have tried them but mine are gold and i didn;t want that anymore, actually i have some chrome ones now that i rememebr mabe i will make a new project later on.

it depends on why the clear is flaking if it is beacues of a bad repaint then it can be removed ,once it is done evely with wetsanding if it is because of brake fluid or bird crap then you have to grind back to bare metal before reapplying anything

is this the blue on one side and white on the other? if so i lie them for my first micorfibre towels also

glad you got it in i think you have a JDM mic mount instead of a NAM one for left hand drivers

common if you had searched you might have found it but you need a new battery and it will be fixed

it sounds liek you have had some work in the armrest area done i know on mine the srs ecu is under their amyeb it was replaced? which would require the heated seat switches to be disconnected and they basically plug into either side switch easily ,so it is an easy mixup not a real wiring problem

agreed change the dogbone and if needed the hydralic strut up fron and that should be all that is needed

your alternator is not working properly for a 13 year old car in canada i would replace the battery wires and alternator wires first then see if you have/had the ps pump leak to contribute to it going bad
