hey guys, just wanted to hear your opinion, thinking about upgrading my stock radio in civic since i HATE the factory sound and i want to sign for the satellite radio but i dont know what is the difference between the 2?

yeah, my brother is taking care of that civic while i took the lex to work:) oh and i have to do the alignment on the lex as well since i just got those michelins recently.

very nice reviews!!! i installed pirellis already:( they are not michein sport but i did not expect them to be:) i didnt test them on the highway since i need to change my llower right control arm bushing and one of the bolts for lugs broke so i had to depressurise the bearing and remove the hwole suspansionb thingie to pu a new one in, took few hours to do..... my ls400 michelin sport A.S looks and drvers much better then those pirellis so far.....

i'm going for pirellis p zero nero :) they got by far the best ratings on tirerack. 127 a piece

im looking for an all season ultra high perfomance or high perfomance tires. i have michelin sport as tires on my lex now but they dont make the model that i want for the civic size, i would take michelin sport but they suck during the winter time. ik checked tirerack and pirellis are pretty cheap comparing to michelin and they have very good reviews so i dont know what to do now:)

one the tires on my civic blew up on me and another one got a bump so i think its time for me to change all 4 i'm thinking either bridgestone potenza re960 or pirelli p zero nero M+S what do you think guys? the size i'm looking is 215/45/17

99 is lighter, bigger, more powerful, more adwanced, more comfortable, more reliable should i say more? if you can afford i would recommend you to do the swap

the solenoid might not be dead, its the might be the clutch that connects the starter to the flywheel, it might be jsut dirty and this is hwy its not engagin, in this case nothing will help but to get it out and replace it.

you dont have to enable the light to get the codes, connect the scanner to your OBD port located under the dash and get the codes. you can also reset the codes from the scanner. knocking under the acceleration means either low percentage of the gas in the mixture, bad gas, bad knock sensor and many other things. you have to get an error code to find out what exactly is causing this, it might be misfire in one or few cylinders as well.

do you have a check engine light on? when the knocking occurs? when you press the gas pedal or you hear it on a permanent basis?

got the same noise on mine:) its the devce to take care of the fuel vapors as far as i was told

Good analogy, except that I'm hesitant to judge the life of the car based on the fuel pump's ability to keep going. Plus, and I'm no surgeon, it seems like a fuel pump transplant is waaaay easier than open-heart surgery. ← in fact it takes around 30-60 minutes to change it depending on your skils

95 and up is a different generation, lighter, bigger, faster and more powerful, i'm not talkin about the ride comfort and options.

kenny, you will hear when you pump is about to go. they make the whining noise. th change the pump remove the rear seat and you will see the location of the handle, you will have to unscrew few screws and the you will be able to pull it out.

what about hazard mode? does it work? the turn signal switch is located to the right and above the bx where you change the the turn light fuse. let me know if you can find it, i will tell you how to check if its workin properly

i have compustar alarms in both lexus and honda:) i poarked honda outside last nite and alarm didnt go off, but i'm sure when i'm going to leave it outside for a few days i'm going to to get few "calls", i think i;m going to wake up and just watch it:( hello sleepless night
