OK so I am a little red in the face now.......that was exactly what it was...I had the dimmer all the way up past click...like "11" on the Spinal Tap amp...sorry for the silly post and thanks...all is fine again. Rey Rey...it happens But just so I know that I'm not crazy...my rx330 I remember the dimmer and the click but isn't there a setting to for day/night in the settings? I think there is and I had forgotten about the dimmer switch...

Got just about 6700 on the GX! Love the enform and when you get your iPhone download the ap for it! It's pretty cool...I love the weather but traffic is pointless around where I live. Our trip to Atlantic city it showed a few traffic back ups but there wasn't anything that could have been done to avoid it. I don't know SW something about that LS? I keep telling my wife I will have one...when the kids are bigger I think that will be on the way! I am actually doing some negotiating on something up your alley now...if it goes through I will let you know, I have my fingers crossed...

There is a setting for night...and day. I think you can change the display so it is on day or night. Go into the settings you should be able to change it.

Paul that's why my better judgement (my wife lol) took over... I have to admit my type A personality would have taken over... CD... I don't think this guy knew where he was? He seemed just NUTS...I told my wife I wonder what would happen if he drove past a dealership? I bet he would flip out...

My wife and I went to Atlantic City and on the way back in DE around Harrington this crazy asz SOB in a little ford ranger pick up truck starts honking his horn and flashing his lights throwing his arms and pointing at my GX. I was kind of like WTF! So I slowed down and let the idiot pass me. On the back of his truck window was written I kid you not "danger Lexus/Toyota drivers ahead". This guy obviously wasn't all there. He slammed on brakes started swerving when I tried to pass him. He kept yelling out his window and pointing at my GX saying that's a piece of SHI! I started to give him th finger but my wife was just like just ignore him. So I just got pass the guy As fast as I could and then he turned off. WOW? NUT job... And I actually left with a few $$$ in my pocket!

Actually that was the first thing I did to the GX tint the front (back is done factory). X5 had that done by the dealer. I love the look of tint and I think it cuts down on the headlight glare at night from cars behind you too.

- Whenever disconnecting the battery terminal, reset all the other systems besides the power window control system. (a) Turn the ignition switch ON. (B) Halfway open the power window by pressing the power window switch. © Fully pull up the switch until the power window is fully closed and continue to hold the switch for approx. 1 second after the power window is fully closed. (d) Check that the AUTO UP/DOWN function operates normally. If the AUTO UP/DOWN function operates normally, reset operations have been completed at this time. If not normal, follow steps (e) to (g) below. (e) Disconnect the negative battery terminal for 10 seconds. (f) Connect the battery terminal. (g) Perform the above steps (a) to (d) again. If the AUTO UP/DOWN function operates normally, reset operations have been completed at this time. If not normal, follow steps (h) to (k) below. (h) Turn the ignition switch ON. (i) Halfway open the power window by pressing the power window switch. (j) Fully pull up the switch until the power window is fully closed and continue to hold the switch for approx. 12 seconds after the power window is fully closed. (k) Check that the AUTO UP/DOWN function operates normally..." Try this.

This is a feature of the auto open close feature. I can't remember how to reset it but do a search it has been covered before. My 04 rx330 did this after a battery change and I fixed it. By the way I didn't have many problems with mine at all.

I have taken tint off of many cars it isn't that hard but it is a pia. The back windows are the worst. Tint shops don't charge much to remove tint either. I had tint taken off of a car at a local tint shop for like $50.00 for my mom. If you want to do it on you own get a razor blade as mentioned and a adhesive remover goo gone works good but here is a tip mist your car door down with water so that the sticky gunk doesn't get all over your interior doors. Good luck...I would just take it somewhere honestly.

NC sucks bud! Get some fans in the attic to dry it up. That little water can cause big problems if you don't get it taken care of. Well the weather here was 62 yesterday and 30 today? What's going on? Hope you had some beers in between the 6 hrs of snow blowing.

LOL. Just wait the iPhone 5 will get releases as soon as you get it. I have had my iPad 3 months there it an iPad 2 coming out soon! You will love the iPhone the only people I know who don't like them is people who like a real keyboard. I have been happy with AT&T.

I don't think any automobile manufacture is perfect. I absolutely have no problem with the climate control in my GX, didn't have a problem with the one in my RX330... Toyota has the same design or at least did the last time I drove one using the auto setting. My last Mercedes had the same cool air out of the top vents and heat from the floor? I think it is the design of the Auto setting? All I was suggesting is if you don't like the feature, which you obviously don't...then don't use it. You can just not use it and no more cold air? Solves the problem... What other design issues are you having with your RX? As far as the cult like following...OK...you are HERE...........LEXUS OWNERS CLUB! What do you expect all of us to hate the cars that we drive?

Man what next...I remember when these keys came out some computer hacker was on the news showing how he could capture the signals using a laptop computer that he had set up. Kind of crazy... Just need to make sure you have a great insurance agent! :)

You should be able to. Just go in to pair a music player in audio settings I think then after it is paired just open pandora app.

No complaints here but if you don't like the cool air cut off the auto function and set the temp to what you want and use the fan control. That should work.

Never had one without nav but the ones with nav it can be done. Dumb question did you look in the owners manual?

Sounds like your problems may be connected. Have you checked your fuses?

The 2wd rx did not have the issues with the tranny it was the AWD. Do some searches on here you will see loads of info on the tranny and the RX.

Not sure if the button is in the same spot but on my 460 it is where the mirror adjustment switch is...on the top is a switch to retract the mirrors.
