  1. Welcome to LOC!
  2. I am sure it is frustrating. But sometimes sh@t happens. They will get it fixed for you.
  3. You could have a bad sensor. You have checked to make sure nothing is on one of the sensors. They had to replace one of the x5 sensors when I bought it kept staying on. You can also adjust the settings in the Nav menu might want to give that a try? Poppop (I mean Paul's :) description is how my Gx works as well)
  4. Paul is right on.
  5. RIBS (baby back)
  6. Dens if the windshield can be repaired...most companies will waive the deduct. you would need to call your agent to check but then you wouldn't have to pay a penny. It would be unlikely that a small comp claim would affect your rates AT ALL. I can't tell you for sure because it is company and state specific but highly doubtful that it would impact your rates since you are an existing policyholder. New business may be different if you switch carriers...but comp losses are used more for discount levels and not for surcharges like a at fault accident. By the way the injections are great...you will have to look hard to even know it was there. May look like a gnat hit your windshield... By the way check with your agent regarding your comp ded. See what it would cost to have a 50? Bet it isn't that much. Just a thought...
  7. Glass companies ma be able to repair it and you will never know it was there. What is your comp deductible? Many companies will waive to get it repaired...if it can't be repaired why not use your insurance? If it couldn't be fixed I would filetheclaim assuming you aren't caring a $1000.00 deductible on glass...if you are this is why it is a bad idea Good Luck,
  8. Dens I have used Travelers for many clients for about 10 years they are great to deal with. There is more to your story...what do you mean you went through 3 accidents? If it was prior damage that is why it wasn't covered. I have never had problems having an alignment covered for front end collisions but have never had anyone need one for getting banged in the rear end? How much damage?
  9. Take a trip to the dealer...no clue
  10. Stolen from DC... Welcome to the finest Lexus forum on planet Earth...
  11. Welcome to the Club! I agree with Paul...first thing you need to call the dealer and see what they are willing to do. The can't do anything if they don't know. My X5 was supposed to have a disc changer in the back. When I picked the car up it was late didn't check until later. Guess what? No cd changer...called had one mailed to me the next day. Call the dealer I dont know if they can install it or if you would even want it but they will try to make it right more than likely.
  12. Welcome to LOC!
  13. As comfort said the computer will adjust for the lower octane fuel. I run premium in mine and my X5. It's not that much more...
  14. That is a good excuse... I still don't understand why you can't pump your own gas in NJ? By the way welcome to LOC!
  15. Just wondering did you ever look at the gas cap or the recommendation on the gas door? Quite a few car salesman will tell you anything to make a sale but I have had most tell me to use premium in my cars...
  16. Happy New Year LOC!!!
  17. Welcome to the club!
  18. Just connect the I phone as a music player this is different then pairing your phone to make calls but just about the same process...its just another step that is it. Once you have paired it click audio Bluetooth and that's it. I also have the 3GS.
  19. I love it DC I am going to steal it...watch! :D Welcome to the finest Lexus forum on earth!
  20. BMW just about ruined me a few months back. They put me in a 535 as a loaner had some warranty work done on the x5...well that 535 huh what can I say. I ran the *BLEEP* out of it. And the harder I pushed it the better it handled. It was on rails...absolutely amazing. When they called me to pick up the x5 I wanted to tell them to keep it. But my wife loves the x5 and with two little ones the space helps. I love the look of the ES, and GS but I have to say after having SUV's I enjoy the space and the ride but I see a Sunday driver (sports car) one day in the future no time soon hell I don't even ride my Harley much.
