  4. I am not sure what has you baffled with it ? It is only one of 2 things a bad alternator or wire from it. ONly other problem would be a bad dash but it has other symptoms. It also would have been much better to post this stuff in the old thread than start all new again , as no one else will have a clue to the history of the cars repairs and fixes.
  5. All original kits mostly always fit perfectly meaning theya re made of ureathane . Copies never fit right but the price reflects it. The only good fibreglass kits i have seen is the C WEST ones but they fit like oem and cost almost as much.
  6. nope It only shows up when there is a less than 12 vdc occurance until it goes away.
  7. It means a brake light is out or registering the wrong resistance making the ecu think a bulb is out,or a bad contact. it is not for turn signals or parking lights
  8. Umm if the lights are flickering ,have you checked the alternator?
  9. Led bulbs wont chaneg the fact that there is water in there or the contacts are already dead? If i am not mistaken the RX should still be under warrenty take it back and have them replace both headlights and bulbs for free because of the moisutre problem which will reoccur. Also use some electrical grease inside the contacts .the same thing they use on spark plugs
  10. It could be the T/C but i would look at the power steering unit first.
  11. All depends on how bad it is. If it is bad that a plastic polish wont remove most then you need a high speed buffer ..TO BE USED BY A PROFESSIONAL ONLY otherwise your WILL burn the paint of the bumper below it.
  12. Is the button on the console for ect pressed in making the green light on the dash turn on? If not then a wire is probably being grounded out that goes from the switch to the tranny making it think the button is on and shifting higher.
  13. You should have jsut gotten a set of JIC majic suspension and adjusted the dampener to full for the softest setting and it would have been amazing.
  14. ebc 's are pretty good but project U are better by far for the same money Depends on what you want most people will never need drilled rotors but they look so good. also i will move this to the GS section
  15. I love the sound of a borla they make the best muffelrs for sound you can buy. Some one was complaining int he GS section they didn;t like theres.

  17. Wrong section i will move it to the LS one but it could be the throttle body needs cleaning iacv powersteering idle up or a number of other things
  18. Yes i upgraded mine but i made my own wires to be exact and used new battery terminals. I replaced the starter and main battery ground wire . Car now runs stronger and stars faster than before.

  20. Should have treid getting one ordered throught tap instead A usual problem is something like a coin falling in the socket. Or the fuses if not already checked. What else have you tried to plug in the socket? The lighter and the car charger plug?
  21. i Agree with steve the cars are the same unless one came with air suspension and one didn;t. Another thing is different tires maybe the same size but still different height.
  22. Glad you got a n easy and cheap fix. The mesh is metal but the flush will not clean it out . It would really only trap more particles in there. It is only about 15 1 inch bolts to undo ( thank god for air and electric tools. And anotehr 3 to drop the filter from the valve body itself
