Yours are probably broken. Look at the adustment windows for movement and see if the cylinder behing it is broken,.

I have never seen a rack break,EVER! It may wear but it takes forever and a physical hit to break. Stop trying to make the guy think it is something that needs to be done yeaterday or he will fall off the road. The rack is variable assist but it is all because of the pump to do that not the rack. Which could make it more expensive.

Might also need an alignment

Racing wires are also just that, they have no choke to prevent electrical interferance, so why add that to a street car?

take the back seats out the bottom cushions lift up the rear have 2 bolts and then lift up from their hooks the parcel shelf is easy enough but you have to get the 3rd brake light out which is a biitch it needs to be pulled towards the front of the car ,it will not budge much and you may break a clip

That is a very expensive peice of plastic ,you might want to find a way to put it back.

But what is their price? What gauge wire? there are only 3 wires to ground . One engine ,body and one positive to the starter. The rest a regular paths which don;t need high currecnt and make no difference. Also adding too many gorund points like most of those 8 point kits will cause ground loop issues kind of like talking on the phone and both sides have the same radio station on. It is a delay in frequecies and can mak engine noise in stereos and other thing.

No worries. As long as we are all respectful of opions their is never going to be a problem. I am speaking from real world testing of same car with OEM 12 year old wires then using NGK blues then a new set of OEM's . Can you guess which ones worked better and which was the worst for performance and gas milage ? OEM new then OEM 12 years old then NGK by default of their being nothing else to be worse. I also have a tester for spark plug wires for visual. I have posted pics before with it and it 100% shows the crap wires using garbage doping materials to provided noise reduction of frequecies is so much it chokes the wire beyond its needs. 2 different cars 92 ES300 and an 89 civic I stand by it ,NGK are crap not worth a dime . OEM or a real performance comapany

The engine is a tough enviorment and needs tough cleaners if it is never looked after. Most will pit if the labels are not follwed properly ,just like rim cleaner.

Mine LOOKED good until i removed my battery and the tray under it to reveal the ground point for the battery, that is where it was badly corroded and was breaking conductor strands.By the terminals it look ok.

type in spacers and do a seach on the LOC lots of info from a few days ago.

The vin plate is seen throught a strip on the driver side windsheild on the outside, it is sometime hard to read with out a flashlight to show the etching . Also the vin is located on the drivers door jam , it should be a big white sticker with lots of other info a vin is 18 character

Go to a stereo store and have tem make up and install a custom wire kti for $40 installed. with gold connectors and 0-1 or 4 gauge wire. Any cars newer than 5 years is useless, it will not make more power. Hell it won;t make any power , think of it as maintance for wear and tear parts. The cables break down from heat cycling from the engine/current and enviorment. This increase the resistance and reduces your power. You don;t maek anythign you never had before that is a bunch of Bull. I felt a great difference after putting a new yellow optima with new battery grounds and starter wires +batt terminals. Starts way faster as you can hear the starter spinning better.

Does it get louder when turning one way or another ? It may be a wheel bearing, i had one go on me.
