read faq - that's when i realized speaker sizes were wrong.. but couldnt find installation instructions!!!

oops I think i got the wrong ones for the back... should be 6x9. however, how do I replace them?

I just bought a 95 ES300 for $2500 (some problems most fixed, also 185K miles.. however I still feel like it's a steal). I'm trying to replace the 6.5" speakers in the front doors and in the back... I bought the speakers but how do I put them in?!! I've looked for the Haynes manual for this model but couldn't find anything...I wish the covers would just come off like in other cars but this one doesn't seem to do that. I'm guessing I have to remove the door panel trim and the trim in the back... any directions or instructions anyone?
