you have several options with aftermarket. one is buy the pioneer avic 80 thats the newest one and seems to be best in my opinoin. second is buy a screent preferably touch screen 7inch but 6 1/2 will do to save some money and just find a spot to mount the screen in your car that you can see good and dont get in the way of anything. or second option is to buy a new head unit like i did.the pioneer 7500p or 6500p dvd lcd.and then just add the navigation too that and the screen is built in and there both touch screen.6500p is about 800 now and 7500p is about 1500. hope this helps you somewhat :D

i use 34 psi all the way around!32 is fine also but a bit lower in gas milage and they will wear a bit more.34 is the average most people use that i have seen.

yep i would take it back to whoever did the job and have them fix it.they should of knew that would happen! cant you just disarm the car with your remote and then remote start it?

yes you will without a doubt need snow tires if your moving to a place like that.even with them its till not going to be easy getting around in a rear wheel drive sports car in the winter!

did you check your valve cover gaskets also?i know when you push the gas hard that makes them somtimes leak a bit and you will get that smell.just a thought :D

yes its 5w-30 but you can use 10w-30 it wont hurt.i like synthetic moble one.that seems to be the best choice everyone uses. its just a few bolts inside your trunk lid.just remove the cover on the back of the trunk and you will see the bolts that hold in your tail lights.remove them and replace the defective bulb. you can do this but its a bit of a project.try a search because i think someone did do it once on here but not sure. try ebay they seem to have them from time to time. good luck with the car!

is it dimmed when you turn your headlights on?and then bright when you turn them off?or the opposite? if it just dims and then gets bright without you doing anything then it could be a bad switch but first need more info.

you wont find it behind the radio because its stock.i had a feeling yours was stock thats why i asked.are you sure your using the remote wire from the stock amp and not a power line?how did you find the wire with a tester?you can try the fuse box but like i said thats not allways the best spot either.

i agree try pressing on it because they do come out and sometimes pushing on it will reset it and you will be fine!if that dont work then i would think the only way is to replace it if its broke.

acually need to know what colors are the speakers for both harnesses if anyone knows.i will probably find my diagram before i get a answer though.thats my luck lol :D

my freinds amp is dead so i was trying to bypass it for him but cant find what wires are the speakers coming from the amps harness.i got the whole wiring diagram somewere on this computer but i cant find it right now so if anyone knows what colors are the speaker wires on the amps harnees let me know. it would be for a 92/96 es 300.

yea painting plastic is tricky and you need to be very careful what paint to use.i know from expereince i had problems with alot of paint going on plastic. like you said there is a additive to use and thats probably the best way to go.only thing is if hes trying to use spray paint he cant mix anything!

were exactly is the sound coming from?the top of the motor or bottom.like sk said if it was the valve it would get quieter when the engine warms up not louder.a rod would be noisy hot or cold.check and try to see were the noise is coming from better then repost.hope you find it!

thats a good thing to check also.maybe when they did your tires they didnt balance them correctly and thats were your having the problems.i would take it were you had them done and have them check it out.

nope not personally!a while back there was abig discussoin on who liked twotone and who didnt and most liked it so if you think it would look good go for it.i never seen one so im sure it would make your car stand out. :D

wow 402 dollars sounds crazy!they might of made a mistake on the price.oem hid for your car is Osram i beleive.ebay probably got them for like 100 a bulb.check around though of course for the best price. as for replacing the bulb its very easy just plug and play!nothing hard about it really. :D hope this helps!

its hard to tell what his problem is but i would first think tires still.it is possiable that his trac control isnt working right but i doubt it.only way to tell is take the car in to the dealer or a good mechanic and have them check it out.

yea me too.lol. ;) not to sound like your doing something wrong but when someone asks how to disable a alarm that sounds fishy.are you having a problem with your own alarm?

yep i agree you must have the remote wire connected in the fuse box right?if you have a aftermarket radio then it has its own remote amp turn on wire and thats what you should use but if you are using your stock radio then you must find a better place to hook the remote wire to.the fuse box isnt the best spot i know from expereince! :D
