That's a safety issue only if the car is on and the door is open that it pops to unlocked again. could also be problem with a bad alarm ecu in the trunk.

I wish i had pics of my before , I was hit a few months ago by an 18 wheeler on my left 1/4 also by the bumper line made a 20 inch bend. It is now 80% removed and the rest will be worked on slowly as i have time. I was able to wetsand and polish the paint back to almost new. Manuipulating metal is hard work but can be done.

Umm does your 98 Es not also have dual pistons? I know my 94 does as does the newer ES's just the 92-93 were single.

I would contact a local paintless dent removal guy to take a look at it and see if he can remove the dent. It may not be that bad as well the bumper can easily be reworked flat and just blend the small area. If you are lucky $500 will bring it back to spec.

It is program that has to be done at the dealer.

They should be pretty cheap from the dealer and unless you wire wheeled them regularly i would replace the unit itself.

I can still see your car! The first time i did my LS it crossed my 2 lane street then crossed the 5 lane road and into the parking lot across from me . It took about 1/2 to clear and i swore the fire department was on the way. Lucky it was 3 in the morning when i was doing it. I just did a run rite cleaning a few days ago and it is 5 times better than seafoam is but also more expensive. It doesn't evaporate the way seafoam does. Also it doesn't cause rubber to swell or degrade which can be a problem.

I had my car tinted by a guy who also does clear bras and he gave me enough to do my headlights . I wetsanded them down including my fogs and buffed them back to new then applied the film to keep them perfectly clear all the time now. It is so perfect looking ,i love this stuff.

If it helps , my wife worked in an endo office for 9 years so all they did was root canals. Get an endo specialist who does nothing else and it will be a short and quick procedure although it can be done over 3 appointments. They never sedated anyone just local anaesthetic with novocaine.

If you already did a flush and fill then it is either damaged or the vain is plugged enough that new fluid cannot clean it out. Pop off the pan it may be a wire come loose.

It was a serious question as some may think something always has done something one way then think it stopped but it may not have always been there. The main reason why i say this is that you can have some features disabled to work to owner specs. If it did indeed change for no reason it would be an alarm ecu issue as it is not sending the signal to the MPX bus system to the signals and beeping siren. Either you can replace the ecu or a cheaper way is to install and aftermarket alarm.

I would have said distributor and cap with wires or plugs being a problem also.

No other fuses in the system are blown? Or else i would say pull all of them out and try running it. You have multiple main fuse buses on the side of the fuse block in the engine bay ,disconnect then and try it.

WOW is pretty much all i can say. Don't waste your time with a kit. Get a used factory bumper which is pretty cheap. Check you local dmv for there safety procedures. Either 92-94( middle lens has a small reflector or 95-96 (upper lens is the reflector) taillights are the same only.

I find the more smoke the more carbon it is removing.

Very nice car at an amazing deal. It is perfectly fine ,just clean the throttle body and check the dogbone engine mount periodically and keep on top of tranny changes as well and you should get to 300 000 like the rest of us. Enjoy

Your problem is you cannot fit a wide rim and tire the diameter changes nothing as you will compensate with sidewall thickness.
