  1. I know it been months but still parting out?
  2. this is only for cars 95 and older, before OBD..
  3. first thing DO NOT spray anything into your MAF (mass air flow sensor) you WILL destroy it and unless your lucky and have a good junk yard around the way you will be shelling out quite a bit of cash for this part if you were to buy it brand new.. secondly becarful when cleaning the intave valve as it might have a special coating on the valve itself and can be bad if you rub it off, third if you dont like to replace your air filter get a K&N air filter for your model, they last 50,000 miles be fore you have to clean them ,never need replacing, and add about 4+ horse power..
  4. try NOS octane booster, i had the same prob. in my LS, added a can of that stuff and it ran great, I think it even boosted my gas millage for that tank..
  5. if your looking for general maint. try e-bay there are Michell manuals that have been transferred over to CD, but if you want detail go to your lexus dealer and get the genuine shop manuals those are great, but they are a bit pricey so you might want to shop around first..
  6. try getting a new intake system like the SRT one on LEXTACY.COM it will increase your gas milage and give you 40+ horsepower too with a good boost in torque as well
  7. those CD's are okay but if you want full detail you should go with the genuine shop manuals from a lexus dealer, they are a but pricey try shopping around first, the are worth it though..
  8. on the imoblizer issue, is your key broken? sometimes thats the problem, people break there keys and don't know that the key sends a signal to the engine, as far as the after market alarm issue they will eather sacrifice one of your master keys and put it in a box under your dash or bypass the transponder..
  9. buddy, your best bet is to go to a lexus dealer and buy the genuine shop manuals for your LS, those manuals are very detailed and shoud provide a list of special tools needed for the job u are planning, I must warn u though, shop around if you can cause those manuals can be pricey, but they are worth it.. good luck
  10. hey anybody out there know what's wrong with my radiator fan circuit? the cooling fans stay running through out the whole time the engine is on would appreciate any help.
  11. Anybody out there got a remote starter after market alarm combo on there 98' (and up) GS? I was wondering about transponder issues (or any other issues that apply)
  12. well u make enough to have FOUR models in the garage, you and your family must be working your selves to death..lol hey, enjoy life while you can is what I say, I don't know you but I'm happy for ya.
  13. my good ol' GS 400 has 124,0000 and still runs lika a monster
