    Good thoughts , i would assume the ECU would store a code for any oil issue. Any thoughts to see if the fuel pump relay is in good condition?

    I agree with Toys if replacing the rad fixed the problem one of 2 things happened. The new fluid with fresh cleaning agents flushed the blockage which you had or there was a major blockage in the rad cooler which is pretty much unheard of . I would lean to the new fluid cleaning it not the rad. On this thread it would be a speed sensor issue which can reek havoc. Fix it before figuring out your next issue if there is any after.

    Odd it has no mention of the throttle plate being kept open or a bypass chamber being used. I was thinking not of multiple keys but just an issue with the transponder ring around the ignition.

    Use meguires nxt metal polish combined with mothers power ball on a drill. It will remove it for sure.

    That works , also using one of the chrome plates sold just for that purpose with the Lexus script on them.

    There is no standard. If you have a question about the inspection service guess who you should ask for a direct and specific answer. Anyone on here can only make assumptions to your query.

    They are not shot but they are done and need to be replaced soon. I have the same clunk under heavy braking at slow speeds from my strut rods.

    Oh well i figured what would i make my 10 000 th post about to mark it as the first on LOC and me. So it is about me and my myspace page. I made it basically so no one could steal my name on it LMAO.     When it runs it is fine right? MAF? damaged wire from a bad timing belt change on a cam or crank sensor. Still a dirty IACV which would need to be removed to validate it is working properly. As the symptoms point at the iacv clearly to me. It may look clean but if it is sticking in one spot it takes a bit to finally open and then close after shut down.

    You are not alone i find a slight improvement in having more weight out back in my car over being lighter. I think it has to do with a few things with aero dynamics. It lowers the whole car creating less drag as well as lifting the front slightly to offset the weight to the center and distribute it more evenly. Also by having the front air up a bit it will cause the car to lift slightly and use the air resistance to life and lighten the car .
