If you know there is a problem with the gauge cuircit then you have to start there. You may have a water leak causing a short in the dash. You have to spend some good cash for a tech to trace and test the wires by the shop rated hour.

considering you are only upsizing by one and the width by 1.5 there should be no problems in any way. Your biggest concern is to match the offsets .

The fuel filters hardly ever need changin but it is a possibility. Try pressing the schrader valve on the fuel rail to see if it has any pressure ,it could be a bad pump. It looks like a tire valve.

Any 3m material is great . I have one that cost 100 and is blue.The best thing about it is it is a breathable fabric and is soft to not scuff the finish of the paint. The iac sounds liek the problem as it is common on the 97-01 ES. You should have no problem gettnig it replaced under warrenty.

The "rear light out" is not associated to the turn signal cuircit. You may have damaged a wire changing out the wires. Or there could be a wiring problem cuasing a bad ground which is reversing the flow of the cuicit of the signal.

In regards to my post once the radio is on it should make static noise when the button is pressed it should need to be in the ignition to make the sound

Did you change the rad caps ,as i think you have 2 of them?

what is the third wire? you should have +12 vdc - ground + backlight wire to the sensor tap which one? i tapped my afr to the ecu wiring it depends on which sensor you want to see ,before or after the cat

The only filter or screen is inside the fluid resivour . The switch can be activated but you would need to know what you are looking for. I am just wondering how long did you drive the car with the wrong powersteering fluid?

You can buy them all over the place ,usually the more money it is the more it can do. To be able to do everything ,those scanners are about 2500 and up To be a basic one for trouble shooting you can find them locally at napa or pep boys or online. Probably even on ebay for cheap. An obd 2 scanner will work on your truck her van a camry, a GM pontiac grand prix, and even a chrysler caravan. So the options are endless once it is a 97 and up as very few cars were obd2 compliant befre 97 like my 94 ES 300 which is supposed to be the first obd 2 car.

I bought a obd 2 scan tool for $200 it reads any 97 and up car but does not scan the srs or abs system for codes or clear them. It will also work on the sienna .

92-96 has no transponder as far as i know the 97-99 doesn't either just the car needs to be reprogrammed for the new key fob.

The one i posted is to see if the key works at all ,do you hear anything at all on the radio frequency? If not then the key is deadno matter what the fcc # is.

you would need 5000-8000 dollars. you need 2 bulbs 2 ballasts 2 new headlights with the gyros to mov ethe light pattern up and down a ecu wiring the rear suspension sensor and some more goodies

With a front wheel dirve car you can barley get away with 2 front snows alone. With a rwd drive car it is much more of a hazard to drive klike that. You basically would have to decide which is more important , driving in a straight lline (rear wheels)or cornering and braking( front wheels).

It isn't the most common thing to happen but the leak can be anywhere from a gasket to the pump bearings and so on.

Is the fluid level low?
