  1. From the infomation I have, only the master key need to be programmed; the non-remote master key doesn't. I checked with my dealer and the cost was more than twice what it as at www.lexus-parts.com
  2. I have only one key for my 1996 Lexus (fortunately the master key), and I want to have extras made. I saw a previous post that suggested that any locksmith can make one. Here's my question: the nearest Lexus dealer is 150 miles away. I have 2 blanks and a local locksmith says that he can make one. Is there any risk of his ruining the key I have when he makes new ones? And, is there any additional electronic coding necessary for a new key? Thanks!
  3. Hi: Can anyone suggest where I might get a seat warmer switch for a 1996 Lexus ES300? I haven't found anything on the web. Thanks, Richard
