  1. if one doesn't release fully then heats up it will seize. Take it to a shop .
  2. I'd buy it but i am already over extending myself on other OEM replacment parts i have to change .
  3. Do you still have any light being emmited from the footwell and hey lights? Spray inside all key cylinders , also spray the trunk and hood latch.
  4. Where is this one located on the rack or pump ,what does it do or not do when broken? Did you notice any difference when you changed it? What year car did you buy it for?
  5. side note , my 98 with 18inch snow tires and a well updated vsc system is great in the snow. Nothign compared to my 89 civic in snow but it takes a good bit of snow to slow it down or slip.
  6. No it takes atleast a year for the light alone to kill a battery.
  7. The car pulls because the left strut rod is dead, very common , change both of them
  8. try using the search the topic has been discussed and answered already.
  9. It was grouped that way because at the time the 350 was not made. So any new models now have a seperate forum. The older form threads are mixed between the 2 so it is easier to leave them grouped.
  10. Lexus will not allow it until it is paid , talk to lexus head office for options ,only they will know for your situation.
  11. By adding presure you are using a pry bar to move the axis of the parts from its rest (static) position to a moving (dynamic ) position. When you push the arm or joint in the rearward direction it will show cracks in bushing sand play. The brakes on the front of the LS is all that is needed to destroy a bushing , no pot holes needed. They stop the car hard anf fast and the bushing are too soft for the work they do so they crack. Once cracked they allow the front wheels to toe out thus causing a clunk under quick braking and wearing/feathering the tires . Strut rod bars always go. By saying it starts at a certain speed that means that either a certain rotation masses frequency is met or a certain point of pressure to move the tires out of place.
  12. No relay control box = no chance of them workign properly.
  13. LOL, asking here so you can keep it a secret .LOL Good luck as it is a major pain in the asss. I have 2 sets for my window and neither have been installed. Do you have the button and relay. If not they will not work. It has a few features on them. One is the heater circuit one is the shaky mirrors to remove water where it vibrates fast. Also it has the power mirror motors. Finally it has the folding option which is power for both motors ,i think. Then it has 4 wires used for resistance which basically tell the control relay what position it is in by its varying voltage on the motor. Be very careful on the wiring you hook up or you may burn the indicator circuit . It took me years to find a relay for mine , and like i said i still have not installed them
  14. Nope ,that is just the way they are in Canada. They are not at the same level as the US dealers are for service.
  15. Do you have a passeger side air bag or a 1mf-fe engine ? If so you have a 94 spec car with a manufacture 1993 plate .
  16. Tell them it is the same car and the module broke and the new s/n is ............ , should be a $20 charge to transfer radio id's
  17. Need to see what it is using to evalutate the display. it take load so it may be a throttle position issue or pedal position issue. need to have a scan tool to display the readings.
  18. Get a screw driver to mimick the door latch opening and closing and keep pressing it in and opening with the handle while you keep spraying pb blaster1 minute . Then try to open and close the door for about 5 minutes and check the leds for leakage still. While you are at it , spray the rest of door locks and key holes. If this does not work , tap the latch with a hammer , if that fails you have to take off the door panel to manually clean it up.
  19. spray pb blater in them , it should be the drivers side door from the led issue. pressing the door lock with the door open and then manually moving the lock then closing the door should not arm the alarm.
  20. never seen that before but by the writing it seems european , does it look like OEM wiring? DO you have air suspension/
