  1. There is no best. You need to figure out what works best for YOU. For me, been using Amsoil ATF since 1996 in all my cars. First run I would not go over like 20 to 25K miles then go longer. If you are buying Amsoil, but it before 3-1-2008. Read there is another price hike...again..
  2. I do not trust XenonDepot either. There $250 is, well worth $250. Not a phillips kit by all means. If you need an H7 bulb 1000 to 1 you are installing HID bulbs in a halogen housing. Which will look and perdorm like #$%&&*!
  3. I have the same thing for about 2 miles. It decreased when using Amsoil ATF.
  4. I still like my Trico's for this round.
  5. I do not have an 04, like the rich people but my 98 has Toyo TPT's on her. Going on over 45K and will last about 50K miles max. Nice tire for the price but crap in the snow.
  6. unless you have the proper housings, do not add them like most. It is illegal and will blind oncoming drivers. For <$300 you are getting junk kits.
  7. my 98 keeps radio but loses clock...
  8. Well, Looks like I wil be spending $200 for wax and review myself....:)
  9. Fp+ Is Fuel Power Plus from http://www.lcdinc.com/ #131 Neutra Fuel Stabilizer http://www.schaefferoil.com/neutra_fuel_stabilizer.html See above and yup, cost more then $3.50 a gallons. But it will SAVE more at the pump via more mpg.
  10. Thanks. For me, I was looking for input on this forum. I have spent hours reading other forums but just wanted some input from this forum.
  11. I would not go that far. They are good but there are other good products out there.
  12. an OBD2 system will still store the old codes in there for 40 starts.
  13. Should not have too. In oil change land, a requirement is not the same as posted in the manual (AKA recomended). As I stated in a closed thread (why no clue) I trust manuals like ZERO since I know what is behind them and it is not engineers.
  14. lexol..could be great but I have used other products too. AGain I have yet to see 2 cars, 1 love seat, 2 sectionals and 1 couch not do this. I have used the products as noted from the manufactures. I am starting to hate leather..
  15. 15 to 17 in the city is below what I get in the city. I always get above 20 MPG in city.
  16. Still thinking for ya. PLugged cat? Bad MAF sensor? Bad O2 sesnor? Vac leaks? ECM bad? .........
  17. So now you put HID bulbs in a halogen housing? This is illegal. They are illegal since the cutoff is poor (why you see down the road so far) and the glare will blind people.
  18. Why are you using 93? I use FP+ or 131 in gas. It is unreal on the increase of MPG...
  19. It is CU people. There ratings are a joke on many things.
  20. Depends on many things here. Not going into it. If you are going to drain the oil like every 5K miles, use Walmart synthetic oil since you will get almost the same benefits as Mobil1 at 1/3 the price. It is a blend (grp3) and will peform fine for an SM rated oil. I would not use 10w-30. I would use the 5w-30 (least fav), 0w-30 or 0w-20 (fav)...weight wise. Filter wise it is up to you. I have my reasons why I select what I do (oils and filter) but most here do not go to the detail I do. I would do a search since oils are hot topics here as many opinions and little facts. Oh, since this is your first post and no one else welcomed you, welcome to LOC. Just FYI, the search functionality is great (I love it). Do not forget to use it. priceless data.
  21. This is one reason why I have an OBD scanner. Beats driving to Autozone etc.
