I have a 1992 ES300 very fresh with 20,209 miles on it. The only problem encountered is it takes a while before the transmission engages itself to drive or reverse .But problem disappears as soon as it starts running. Even if I park it again , turn off the engine as long as it's not overnight parking, there's no problem. what do you guys think?

thanks. sadly amsoil is not available here in manila philippines. But since it is the most recommended brand here and in other forums re atf, I will try to have some quarts shipped here. Thanks again
