I guess each dealer is different , but have had over $2000 worth of warr repairs after it expired so i guess the dealers here are much better in satisfaction.

No one makes one ,it will have to be custom made.

I would keep calling and make sure you say you have a 16 inch rim or what ever that is chrome. Say you have a toyota previa or somethign cheaper. To me i find $90 a rim to remove a plating expensive. $200 the most. Or ask Lexus to kick in for half the costs .

I tend to find those who hate dealers have never had a Lexus new enough to have any warranty left. Are there bad dealers ,yes. Do some overcharge for simple things,Yes. But do most of these same dealers look after the smallest little thing when it is under warr,Yes. So unless you have had the pleasure of taking your car to a Lexus dealer and knowing you won't get charged for work needed,you ju8st have no idea of what the other side of the coin is .So all in all every experience is going to be a bad one. To get the chrome removed from the bead lip, take it to a tire store where they basically grind it off on the inside of the rim where you cannot see it .

You have to realise the ES model and all the threads do not pertain to the 330 model but a span of all years from 1990-2005 so in 15 years there are going to be problems but not many pertain to the newer ones as they haven;t aged much

A hand brake works by a mechanical linkage ( not fluid like the brake pedal)that pulls on an lever inside the brakes to activate the rear brakes for parking or incase of brake failure. A burn out is when you hold the brake pedal down and the gas pedal at the same time.You cause the driving wheels to slip which heat the tires and cause smoke. A burnout is bad for many parts of your car not just the tranny. There is no such thing as front brakes all cars have 4 wheel braking systems.

You can pull the efi fuse but i prefer the battery cable for 1 minute instead as it resets all systems equally.

Wiring is very simple ,it just means you need to remove the door panel to run the wiring down the door into the car to the signal wiring. It is only 2 wires.
