  2. You ain't never lying. ← Just wondering what you mean by that oohryry ? thanks
  3. Part of Lexus original idea is to let the customer always know what is being done with there car. BTW do you leave the lights in auto when leaving the car? Do the lights turn off when you walk away? DO you always double lock them to make sure the lights turn off? How long does the car sit before it is dead? WHen you say dead battery does it have no power to run anythign or just not enough to start the engine? Does the starter even turn over? Need alot more detail when asking for help if you want a proper answer.
  4. If you are in the area of Krispey Kreme in mississauga next wednesday drop by .We are having a meet and a late night cruise to the forks. Plus i am really interested in how loud your car is.
  5. you need reverse poles ,i prefer to get a normal one which is easier to find and replace the battery ables as they do get old and were my main issue concerning battery drainage I have a yellow in my 94 ES and 89 Civic.
  6. Moving this to the general maintance section where there is also a huge OIL thread.
  7. Nothing that the VSC can't correct easily
  8. This is for the C-best or LPS (lexus personal settings) for 97 to present cars. They can only be set using a lexus scan tool at the dealer. If your dealer is nice they will do it for free when asked. Others have said they will only set it once and never again for free which i find dumb since you cannot control them yourself. So enjoy what your car may or may not be abel to do. pdf file for cbest option on a RX330
  9. this is for a 2004 RX but it will give you an idea of some of the things that can be done. pdf for 2004 RX
  10. It is extremely rare to have a club for a single model car never mind in a small area. Asking this in the RX forum is not the right place, there is a section called meeting and events which are more in tune to your query. It would be better to post and look there.
  11. Sounds like something is wrong with the idle up circuit . When is the last time you havd the throttle body cleaned?

  14. It can be programmed at the dealer using the cbest options , so that one press opens all doors not just "one then all".
  15. If you can change gears but not when floored i would say you have a valve clogged in you valve body, get it removed and cleaned . Then get an inline filter.
  16. The dealer is about 100 which i find very cheap for velour carpets especially. Second choice go to a coin laundry mat and find there big machine although many normal sized ones work fine. Don't forget your soap and fabric softener .They can take anything out real easy. Or use a local coin power washer after treating the stain overnight with shout and it should come right out.
  17. New battery cables every 5 years seem like a good maintenance thing. $180 for their system that is basically a fancy looking capacitor is well over priced.
  18. Glad you first post was so imformative to newbies and vets alike. The best way i find to get good milage is having the tire pressures at there maximum levels and just driving slowly from a stop. I still go fast but take alot longer to get there.
  19. SO.....what? NO ONE MAKES ANY , YOU HAVE TO H A N D M A K E THEM Since you seemed to miss that i thought you would see it better in caps.
