I definitely agree eBay has become a gambling addition to many. To me it has become a love hate relationship. eBay does not care about what happens to buyers or sellers and does nothing to make all transactions to be made crystal clear prior to bidding but leaves the owners on buyers to wade through the muck that many sellers list there items and lets confusion and vague descriptions run rampant with people getting screwed if they are not completely and fully informed of the loopholes and regulations needed to jump through and around to buy safely. The only good thing about eBay is that it allows people the opportunity to buy things much cheaper than normal retail and others to sell things they have no need for anymore to increase there liquid assets as needed.

I agree the PS3 will be much better. I have no idea why my friend bough the damn xbox as he doesn;t play it but caught up in the hype. No he just wants to sell it which i find dumb in the first place since he doesn't want to make a large profit. The same thing will happen when PS3 comes out with marketing hype and low levels of supply over increased demand causing the scales to go all haywire.

If you need a wrench to remove the oil filter the person installing it probably did not oil the gasket and/or overtightened it. They are only to be installed by hand not a wrench hand tight. If it is hard to take off punch it with a screwdriver and twist.

If it smells like oil it usually is the rear valve cover leaking on the manifold .

Can you move the wiper arm freely by hand?

Spend $10-30 and make your own wires with new gold terminals and all for much less and no difference. Most the kits comprise a new path for grounds . I prefer taking the existing ones and refreshing them . As adding new power lines can lead to ground loop noise .

It is true about the newer and older ones which are referred to the analog and digital cars. The newer digital cars have so many more features but no longer the durability of the analog true enthusiast.

agreed no one steals OEM wheels except idiots as they are hard to find buyers for. Besides insurance will get you new rims and tires if they go bye bye.

In theory??? I guess then, since you have never replaced any then you would not know the benefits or be able to comment on them. I get into this argument with members all the time who never bother to think about the possibilities before continuing with " oh that's stupid" but are clueless as to why . I have done many cars older than 5 years with this simple maintenance replacement. No one ever says it will make your car faster if they are being truthful but why throw money at gaining HP when you lost ones you had already for an easy fix.

ebay has lots go to a better parts store ,they are just plain dumb if they don;t know how easy it is to find a normal upper engine mount used on many Toyota/lexus cars.
