I can't remeber but does your RX have pin switches? Disconnect the battery to reset the settings and the alarm should lock and unlock the doors again as it is a c-best setting.

Where and how far back did you pull the weatherstripping? I had to pull about a 1 foot area back to find the rust on the car under the rubber not on it. Also make sure the rubber plug on the bottom of the trunk is still there and not missing.

Get a stylish Prada bag and find somewhere nice to make it stay in place to be used as a garbage. It will give your "friends" an idea of how far you would go to use a Prada bag for garbage in your machine. Otherwise you are going to have a problem telling acquaintances to be careful. Everyone i know ,knows about me and my cars . Women who could not careless ,always make sure to knock the dirt/snow off there shoes before entering . Sorry thread , you lost me . I am not sure if you are asking me a question or for me to validate your feelings on it? You seem to know what your talking about as a gas tank additive cannot affect the TB area including the egr and a TB cleaner cannot clean the injectors. So both ways need to be done for a proper cleaning. Unfortunately i have now used my whole case out of seafoam i bought on my last drive to the states . Now i have to wait until i head back south of the border to get some at NAPA. BTW i changed my oil today and added some seafoam (last can) before the change and it is nice and quiet again. The only noise i can hear is those damn Toyota injectors clicking away.

On almost all Toyotas they are located in the center console either under the armrest area or shifter.Just look for the Yellow harness couplers

Had the same problem with my 98 LS. The trunk lid seal was allowing water in the trunk and pooling by the spare tire. It was actually caused by rust along the weatherstrips edge on the spot welds which caused a space for water to infiltrate the interior of the trunk.

I don't notice any increases in noise only an reduction in fuel mileage. Just ran a can and a half for a 5 hour drive to a funeral a few days ago . No real changes that i have noticed ,still no comparison to ingesting it through the TB.

You could use a window roll up kit but it will be very expensive as each one only rolls up one window . It also will not make it one touch close/open so you will need some kind of trigger since you factory switch cannot have an additinal position. The factory auto close/open is controlled by seperate ecu's in each door and the factory switch having 4 positions each. Normal open and close then auto open and close when pressed down fully

Kuhmo makes complete crap. Of 4 sets i had sidewall buldges on 12 tires which i find ridiculously poor in quality.

Why would you think the "LOC would like to know? You have friends here and they might like to know but the LOC as a whole being that interested in the particulars of your life .................. If you have a blog then all your friends "LOC" and otherwise will be checking it for the updates on your day to day interests and changes ,know what i mean? If your friends do not know you have a blog then replace the oversized shopping list of a Sig you have with a link to your blog .There you can list your particulars of your life car ,wife and anything else that is important to you that your friends may be interested in.

Springs keep the height and bear all the weight of the car. Shocks only slow the bounce bound/rebound compression of the spring. So if your shocks wear out they also cause more load on the springs and they wear out as well. It is a good idea if one corner is bad that you completly replace the suspension other wise you will only be wearing out your newer compnents faster and pay more to replace them in the long run.

Get rid of the lock nuts, they cause more problems for owners than they ever do for theives. Besides who steals 15 year old stock rims.

Agreed , The problem is the rotors are warped ,the cause could be many though.
