Marco, I first negotiated my 08 from around $72k to $66,500. Then I negotiated my 02 with 89k miles. KBB suggested $17,500 trade value and they offered me $14k. They knew I had been shopping and did my homework. I said $17k for the trade or I was walking. I started out the door and he said he would speak with the sales manager. He came back with the extra $3k. Based on that you should be around that $66,500. Have your trade in value in hand and go from there. They then tried to stiff me on the MF as I leased it and the finance guy put in .0033. I have a-1 credit and knew December to Remember was .0023. He walked out of the room to do whatever they do and came back with .0023. Needless to say it was a long day. Hope this helps. Happy New Year.

My 08 is quieter than my 02 was. The dealer said the 08 has modified pillars and mirrors. Not sure if that was smoke but it is quiet and handles better than my 02.

If there is a clean carfax and scheduled Lexus maintenance and with that low a mileage then yes it's a buy. As far a the washer fluid usually a good cleaning of the sensor on the cap alleviates the problem. Good Luck.

As far as the trunk issue, have you checked for the lockout in the glove box? As to Nav...you can add or change addresses and routes via the voice at anytime while in motion. Are you guys reading the manuals? My Dealer offers classes once a month with wine, beer and sandwiches on the Nav. Which I will take to clarify some of the miscues I see here. Geez..take the manual to the toilet. Where I learned how to cook.. :whistles: Check into it. We are short on patience these days and that car seems to be smarter than some of us. No more agreeing to the Lawyer on start up, rear shade goes back up at 15mph, override all commands or routes or call a number by name or oral numbers at anytime via voice. What do you guys want? If you made enough dough to buy one you should be savy enough to operate a vehicle that may or may not match your IQ.

Well, I did the trade and it was a scenario. Just got back from Houston and I must say the 460 is worlds above my 430. She has a 160 miles on her, picked her up with 8 miles, and parked next to my 47 GMC and between my friends 08 S600 v12. He is back and traded his 07 S550, another story. He is healing from losing his wife to cancer but did a really nice thing for me on the 460. God Bless good friends and you will find that impressive when I tell you. I'll take a picture of that carport. Lot's of info I garnered and the deal. I wish to thank input from my friends such as Steve (SWO3) regarding leasing and I will expound on it in the next few days with pics. All I can say tonite is I am totally in awe of the drive home from Houston (150 miles) and that's it. Sorry to lose the 430 and I hope she finds a good home. Been a long day and will be back soon. Okay gurus, I am going to Houston next week and need to be armed to the teeth for a lease. I think the normal residual is around 43% on a 48 month lease. I am trading the 02 with 88k... 90k coming up so time to let go. Kelly says 17,995 trade for my car with the options. I ASSUME I can negotiate the sticker even on a lease. My question is..How would and in what order would you negotiate and is 52 weeks better than 60 @ 15k a year. I like to trade every five years. I can and do lease for business. The 02 is paid for and I hate to part but the 460 has my eye. I waited for the 08 to give Lexus time to iron out problems. Any help would be appreciated. I know Lexus does not advertise the Dec. to remember rates but think now is the time to make a deal on a good lease. Thanks in advance for any info. Ralph
