The darker the color the more chrome makes a huge difference, as the car has a lot of chrome that shows with the chrome wheels. IMHO :D On white or gold or green stock is okay. Just me.

If you have the active radar distance control...your radar detector is useless...just a reminder.

I also, could not agree more...Having owned a 90/400 and 02/430..The ride and handling are much crisper on the 460. Good point 460lex. And I can't begin to tell you how much better the M/L stereo sounds as well as the seating comfort. Two of my quirks on the 430.

I believe you set the mirror control L/R to the middle position.

Could be your radiator. Make sure the levels are where they should be.

Really, the only way to check fuses is via a meter. They may look good but actually a meter is the less painfull way to go. Good luck and I know your sister appreciates it. :D

Hi Blake. This one did not have bench seats. But, I will give you an insight. You may or may not know how strong the winds have been lately down here. A steady 29mph and tomorrow gusts of 40mph. So, Debbie is following me yesterday from Houston and calls me to tell me, her words.. "This bucket of bolts is all over the road" so I slowed down...LOL. Call her and ask her about the Lucerne..I'm sure you'll get an earfull and she drives a toy BMW 325. They are glued to the road. I wish you could find a heavier car like the 400 with the room you need. Good to hear from you buddy, Ralph

Well, I got the car back and they did a flawless job. Beautiful!!!! Yay :D Drove her back from Houston yesterday..no issues. While in Houston I went to Sterling Mccall Lexus to get a Hat and the chrome Lexus emblems for my chrome wheels. They put the emblems on and I picked out a hat. They shook my hand and said have a safe trip. I was expecting to pay..since I got the car from another Dealer.How nice. Gotta Love Lexus.

Actually, no tax other than registration here in louisiana. About miniscule every 2 years. Blake and my accountant knows. Sorry. ;) I assume NC was thinking about child tax.

Sorry Bwilliams but Audi's are getting better and their interiors are gorgeous. Still unreliable. This could be a long recourse but Audi's are not on the top ten in reliability.

Actually, the cap on the reservoir with the sensor usually needs a cleaning.

Well as some of you know...My best friend had a 07 S550 and now has an 08 S600. Honestly great cars and can't say enough about them. He loves my 460 and the three are great cars. He lives in Boca Raton and seems to have to keep up. My doors close better, haha. He hates that. :D The price difference is about the only difference except the "new" Mark Levinson puts a hurt on his Harmon Kardon. The LS is as quiet and both have the same road presence. He has 520BHP on the S600 and mine has 388Bhp so he beats me to Burger King by almost a full second. Heavier car. He gets 14mpg and paid a gas guzzler tax of $3800. Granted the night flight lighting is a plus on the S series. Really nice at night. Drive them both and no discernable difference other than the S series MB has a finer cabin. Not user friendly at all as the LS, but has a presence. He can putz with his NAV while in motion and I have learned to talk to mine in motion. I have to say the new Mark Levinson is worlds apart from the old one in my 430. Honestly, I chose the Lexus and I've owned them both and for a simple reason. Reliability. Price had a consideration as I am in a situation where I could have either. Google... Mallard Bay Oilfields..That's my family. Both fine cars but as for me.. the LS is for me. Been there done that! As a partner in my sold business once told me in 1991 with his new Lexus.."Ralph, this is a finer car" and he only had MB's and one Rolls Royce "POS' before that. Long time ago, I know..but it is still true for me and him to this day. This is my opinion and I have owned and driven most every car in my lifetime. Look forward to some more. Your LS's are the finest cars ever built to date, no matter the year, be proud and shine em up..

Pretty clear on the nav when you put in a disc. 2,000 songs. Go to your Dealer and let him explain it if the manual doesn't help. I know the world is a bit complicated these days. Go back to your Dealer. :D

If you have navigation there is a HDD for voice commands and mapping. If you have mark levinson there is a HDD for music which is accessed through the navigation screen.
