  1. I would rather prefer one on each side too.
  2. $20 for it is too expensive. I would rather check CompUSA or Office Depot or any other Computer store, who often comes out with great deals -- as low as $2 or even Free. It wouldn't suck like a vaccum cleaner but blows off the dirt because of high air pressure. It works great on computers (Keyboards, etc) and should work great in the car as Silvermate mentioned. No, No, No, I meant a realy vacuum for a keyboard. It was as big as a normal persons hand. :D well actually since it didn't work.
  3. They are sold in State Surplus Auctions. :D Just a heads up, because I did not knew about it neither until laster year.
  4. Silvermate: How long does that compressed air can last. Or how much is in their. Becuase I have never used it before. I was going to buy it once but I went and bought a keyboard vacuum for $20. I thought it would work but it sucked; I mean it didn't suck. lol.
  5. My father was about to buy a E250, along time ago. They looked a lot a like the Camry but I don't remember the interior. Maybe the parts can be interchangable with a Camry. Maybe?
  6. Your are welcome. Hey, how about taking some pictures of before and after when you clean it. :D I was not able to do it, because of lack of a camera.
  7. So, I guess you narrowed it down to two right: 98 LS4 71K w/o NAV: $18000 (KBB $19000) & 97 LS4 97K: $13500 (KBB $14900) Right.
  8. Umm.....Made me think for a while. I believe that the older the car, the more money you will save in terms of Book Value vs. The Price; not true everytime but in some cases I have seen this. Why the black 98 LS have foggy headlights rather than the white one. I'll say that if you have some $ to spare you can definetly go with the 98s. Because you are getting a whole differnet car from the outside [at least the front]. For some reason, [maybe its due the photography] but the white LS looks more newer. You have a lot of options. I heard the color black is hard to keep clean; but you already had a black LS. We have a white Camry and unless it has splashes of mud on it, it never looks dirty. Without driving the car and looking at it physically; its hard for me to choose the 98s. The black one has a nicer interior, due to the NAV sys. But, the gold wheels have to go; in my opinion. The foggy headlights can be fixed. I was thinking, maybe in later years you want to sell either one of them; with the NAV sys. wouldn't you get a better deal. Because, they are becoming so common now. I guess you can say, a car with a CD player vs. Cassette. Plus, I think the wheels are making the Black one look older. So, with that said; I'm going with 98 LS4 87K w/NAV: $17000 (KBB $17500)
  9. Thanks for sharing that. I submitted one. :D
  10. Wow, awesome ride. The wheels look really nice; and match with the car as well. :D
  11. Nice car. I like to know more about the window tint; since, I'm interested in getting some.
  12. Congratulations on your purchase of the ES. Second, I would like to welcome you to the club. Here is a post from Skperformance: http://us.lexusownersclub.com/forums/index...showtopic=1618& These are other website that feature car's specs: http://research.cars.com/go/crp/summary.js...995&modelid=258 http://www.edmunds.com/used/1995/lexus/es3...e.num1.1.lexus* A little about fuel economy: http://www.fueleconomy.gov/!Removed!/noframes/11869.shtml
  13. I went ahead and got your zip code There are A LOT OF IS'S HERE: :D :D :D http://www.cars.com/search/used/cc/standar...&certifiedOnly=
  14. Anarchyis300: See if you find anything here. http://www.cars.com/search/used/cc/standar...ml?aff=national BTW: My LS was posted here, when I bought it. :D
  15. You are not hearing good music, unless you are really feeling it [Literary]. B)
  16. Yeah, I also like Dark Green too. The reason why because the car looks black from a distance or at night and come close in light and its green. :D
  17. Someone told me that there is a AC fuel or maybe a coolant, I don't know. What is he talking about?
  18. Is this related to this situation: [i'll write it in my point of view] When I turn on the heat for about 2 minutes or so and then turn it off, warm air still comes out of the vents. But when I turn on the AC for about 2 minutes or so and then turn it off, cool air does not come. Is this a problem? Chip: I was thinking of what Mk stands for? Is it Generation, what we use here.
  19. When I first came to LOC, I saw someone taking about registering at Lexus.com; but I didn't knew if it was free and then I just compelety forgot about it. My car has suspension problems. Before there was just jerking when I changed the gears but now there is clinking noise in the engine compartment especially when I put in "R" from "P" or "D". Most likely it the transmission mounts. right. Oh yeah, I have seen red LSs with tan interior, they are just fine. But I have also seen red LSs with RED interior. :(
  20. I don't know what Lexus calls that color. Where would I find the original color of the car? My car is the exact same. Yeah, it does look purply in bright light. Personally, I don't like the color; before I bought this I never knew that Lexus made cars in this color. Two of my friends have black Gen. 1 one with tan interior the other with black and both of them are real nice. Something is up with this color. It is taupish in the morning, then a little purple touch in the afternoon, in the evening [depending on the clouds] one day it looked gray. We have an Acura Legend in the same color but it is more darker and same story with that car too. My color doesn't look all that in afternoon but in the evening it is OK, to me at least. Over time I have gotten used to it though. I didn't have too many options, there aren't that many LS's around here, and the onces that are: are either too expensive[determing from year model and mileage] and there where few in the auction, but all of them were old. I bought mine from a realtor and I guess a broker[don't know]. But, I decided to buy it from a private owner, because she was real honest about everything, not only that it was maintained by a pro. imports machanic; and in the glove box I found a recipt that had $896 worth of repairs on it, done at 120,000, spark plugs, brakes, etc.. I bought it at 146,000. I have taken pictures of my car but my mother has the camera and they are not develped yet. Thanks for the quick response and nice words about the color. :)
  21. In the gallery, the pictures are not this big, unless you click on them. I knew you cleaned them and all but dang not that much difference. I never looked that hard, if you just skim over the pictures in the gallery, you would think that too. You mentioned that before the color of your interior was Tan and now it is white. So, this works like bleach right. This is not my car but my it looks just like it in&out: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...2475617337&rd=1 You think it will have any color change to it, if I use it. BTW: What do you all think of the color of the car? Nice, um... I guess OK, or just plain ugly.
