I tried to send the complete thing but it was too big.. hope this helps.. you can replace the BLOWER unit thru glove box, BUT EVAPORATOR is instrument panel removal REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL AND REINFORCEMENT (See page BO–83) 7. REMOVE BLOWER UNIT (See page AC–31) 8. REMOVE A/C UNIT (a) Disconnect the connectors. ( B) Remove the rear heater ducts. © Remove the wire harness set bolts. (d) Remove the 2 nuts, bolt and A/C unit. DISASSEMBLY 1. REMOVE THESE PARTS: (a) Wire harness ( B) Air mix servomotors © Water valve control servomotor (d) Air outlet servomotors (e) Aspirator (f) Cool air bypass damper control servomotors 2. REMOVE HEATER RADIATOR (a) Remove the 2 screws and 2 clamps. ( B) Pull out the heater radiator. © Remove the 2 screws, 2 clamps and heater radiator pipes. (d) REmove the 2 O–rings. HINT: At the time of reassembly, please refer to the following item. Do not reuse the 2 O–rings. 3. REMOVE LIQUID AND SUCTION TUBE Using a hexagon wrench, remove the 3 bolts and tube. Torque: 5.4 N·m (55 kgf·cm, 48 in.·lbf) HINT: Lubricate 2 new O–rings with compressor oil and install the tube, 4. DISASSEMBLE LIQUID AND SUCTION TUBE (a) Pry out the packing. HINT: At the time of reassembly, please refer to the following item. Do not reuse the packing. ( B) Using a hexagon wrench, remove the bolt and valve. Torque: 5.4 N·m (55 kgf·cm, 48 in.·lbf) HINT: At the time of reassembly, please refer to the following item. Lubricate a new O–ring with compressor oil and install the valve © Remove the holder and disconnect the heat sensing tube of expansion valve. (d) Loosen the 2 nuts and remove the expansion valve. Torque: 19 mm nut : 14 N·m (140 kgf·cm, 10 ft·lbf) 24 mm nut : 23 N·m (230 kgf·cm, 17 ft·lbf) HINT: At the time of reassembly, please refer to the following item. Lubricate 2 new O–rings with compressor oil and install the valve. AIR CONDITIONING – AIR CONDITIONING UNIT AC–27 Author: Date: 2272 2000 LEXUS LS400 (RM717U) 5. REMOVE EVAPORATOR (a) Remove the 7 screws and evaporator cover. ( B) Pull out the evaporator. 6. REMOVE EVAPORATOR TEMPERATURE SENSOR 7. REMOVE AIR VENT DUCT 8. REMOVE HEATER CASE. (a) Remove the 7 screws and heater case. ( B) Remove 2 screws and made seal case. © Using a screwdriver, release the 3 claws and separate the heater cases. HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  8. I'll bet yours is lower miles.... I have not done the rear bushings.... but will probably go with polys there, have not seen any OEM for the rears.. I have a friend who is going to do the rears with polys and I will find out how it turns out and let you know... he moves slow at times..
  9. Yeah billy that is my exact problem too and then I have to head over to the other forum also. The good news is that I found that OCV filter no one could seem to locate. sounds like you are doing a good job.... I am glad to know where the "filters" are,
  10. sometimes the LOC just will not fully come up, for me and I will have to go somewhere else (usually CL) and then come back and try again.... I thought it was just my PC that was cranky... sometimes it is an hour or so...

  12. this is what I would do, go get a used IAC (salvage yard) and put it on and see what happens.
  13. well it sounds like a loose nut behind the steering wheel..... smile ..... really, have you looked under the hood? is your drive belt still on it? I skipped 92, it may have two belts... just look for a pulley with no belt on it. then, is your motor inline? are your motor supports good, and your tranny mount? you could have twisted something out of line.... I hope you learned NOT to do that again. get a rolling start and then floor it....
  14. never had a problem with any of mine and have never had a problem with CARDONE A1 either... when they are rebuilt, only the diaphragm is changed, but it would be nice to know if it was USA or ???? who knows..
  15. I reassembled mine and got it back in, and it still works, your only hope is a salvage yard if you actually BROKE something.. it will come apart even if it is not broke..

  17. I have owned 12 LS's and check valve clearance every 72000 miles is news to me... in replacing timing belt and w/pump cam seals and c/shaft seal, most kits come with the bearings, am aisin kit is as close to OEM as you can get.. more later, have to go.

  19. if you cant find a shop like SRK said, just order from sewell. I have always bought them from a shop I used when I was in business and let them test it for me when I finished

  21. NO NO NO... take the front mounting bolts out, loosen the back ones (or take them out also), ALL the cables and plugs are under the seat.... you can do it.... IF that fails THEN we will look further..
  22. I would be very careful, ask them for a list of their customers phone numbers, and call them... NOTHING on TV works like it shows.... the reason it is not available in stores..... RETURNS!!
  23. David check ALL your wiring connections (plugs) un plug and re plug, then remove and reinstall all the cables, it is probably something simple, I have had 12 LS400's and a few seat issues, and this fixed all of them.. good luck... cheers..
