That is kind of what I meant about the moisture issue...since it isn't a true dual you may be getting more moisture on one side because of the bend in the pipe. It's funny if you get behind some cars you can see the bend in the pipe so it could be more moisture collecting on one side of the exhaust?

Cool Dens...was a loaner or are you looking for another Lexus! :whistles: The CT will appeal to some...to be honest I would like to park one in the back of my GX. Then if I need to slip out once I am at the office to grab something I can take that.

I maybe wrong but I think it is only available with a 3.5 L engine...not a 2.5.

Other than the usual Jiffy Lube, Midas, etc, there seems to be a scarcity of independent shops around here. When I had my 05 ES I tried a few indys for oil changes, but was concerned when they didn't know how to reset the codes. Regarding dealer service advisers, from what I have gathered on the forums it really seems to vary by dealer. Does anyone, besides me, have a good dealer service adviser? I use the dealer for regular services and such, but when the time comes for tires or brakes I will use the independent shop that services our BMW. The only thing that has me on thinking about using him for my GX is the drive which is a half a day of wasted time unless I let lexus pick it up...which I don't mind all that much either. I don't mind paying more and getting great service the loaner and all but my local guy will probably service my GX sometime in the future.

Odd that it is only the one... Must be the moisture that is coming-out of the exhaust on the one side of the car...

Pressed the SOS button numerous times; ended up calling in twice, which I feel bad about because it feels like I'm prank calling 911 or something. It's defiantly not an emergency, although my easy-going nature may turn to road rage soon! Looks like a trip up to the Lexus dealer. This might be something more easily corrected in the service drive vs on the phone. You don't have you 4x4 in low range do you? If you try to engage the low range and the truck isn't ready it will do a low beep...I think...so maybe you can try making sure you are in 4 Hi. You may want to pick up the phone and call the dealer and ask them if they can help...

Well it cost me $72.00 to fill up with super this morning...I think it was $3.59 or so I can't remember and the reciept wouldn't print. That *BLEEP*es me off...I don't want to walk in for a reciept that is why I paid at the pump. Are you asking my guess to where it is going Paul? I was talking to a guy as I was filling up and he said that he HEARD that gas was going to be $5.00 a gallon before april? I asked him where he heard it from he said someone on TV. I think we are going to see the gas prices to start to stabize about where they are...but what do I know? It is just a guess. I have a feeling if these gas prices keep shooting up the way they are...the country just can't handle it...so I hope they stabilize I should say.

Damn you guys caused my gas light to come on! :) Reg was 3.49 on my way home last night but I run premium in it... :(

Man...wish I could help. I am sure it is driving you nuts. I don't know what it could be...did you try pressing the SOS button then pressing the button a second time to cancel to see if it could be that?

Hey all of your answers can be found on this site. Do a search and let us know if you can't find the answer. There are some good write ups for cleaning, the fuel debate goes on and on! Oil use what is recommended in the OM you can use a synthetic oil if you prefer but same weight.

Try pressing the disc button 2x. My previous 04 rx330. The rses would play the sound of the DVD in the rear. Press the emergency brake and hit your disc button 2x DVD will come on front screen and you should hear and see the DVD on front screen once you release the emergency brake the front screen will go back to nav or whatever it was before. The sound should play through the system at least mine did.

Paul... I checked it out too. Just been so busy at work I haven't had time to post much! I think it would be great if enough owners could get Lexus to change their mind but I don't think it will happen. IMHO
