  1. I would say yes since they did not re-design the car till 98 then 2002
  2. go to autopia and read around. So far it comes down to the person. For wax, I, like CG5050 wax since wax does not last long "per say". I have tried othes and this is the best, for me. Some like Pin, P21 etc etc. I have gotten over 15 weeks from CG wax down in "the south" with over 110 outside. Hard to beat for $49 and you do not use much.
  3. I think, been a long time, Scratch X has fills in it. I like OC or OHC for removing scratches.
  4. Sure but I would not use it on the windshield here. But that is me.
  5. I have yet to find a QD that lasts long..........They are good for "what they are", a QD.
  6. Thank you! I use 87 ($2.45) and always will (if I can). I just add FP+ or NEUTRA 131 to it and get another 1.25 to 1.5 MPG more. Lucas UCL did NOT add any MPG to my miles.
  7. http://autopia.org/forum/detailing-product...+Quick+Detailer
  8. Yup, they work but those prices are a rip off! Do a DIY and save like 50%
  9. I still use Denatured Alc (DA) or ClearNote Quickshine. DA is for bad glass and Quickshine for 95% of the times.
  10. You own a Lexus, pay the $399 (TB only) and move onward. They test water pump. I bet 100000 to 1 it is fine, for this chg.
  11. what the $$^^*#& sensor do you need? Is it P1035 or p1135. I asked this forum the same question (diagrams) on help and got ZERO..nice ha. P1135 code is for the firewall sensor (B1 S1). It is around $177 OEM from dealer. I know this since I did mine last week. PITA to get too.
  12. Sure it does absorb a little but it will take like 2 years, add more smell and really will not kill the smell. Just saying I have been there and coffee did little to nothing. Ozone did it in 3 hours. Done and more onward. but if you want to try it, have fun. You cannot compare coffee beans to ozone. Not even in same ball park. Ozone kills destroying the offending organisms, bacteria, mold etc. Not gonna happen with $3 coffee. Problem I see is Starbucks will bend you over, bigtime!:)
  13. My take is coffee, febreeze, etc will not remove it. You need ozone to do it and remove the smell. All these options stated above will only mask it.
  14. They are not there since the topic is outdated. More then likely he removed the pics.
  15. I had PIAA in my old Ford Powerstroke Diesel .PIAA lasted 1-year...go figure.
  16. I deal with 3M from time to time. Nice products and nice people...At least on airplanes.:)
  17. Avatar is more important then HD right?:whistles: I know the mice in MA like to eat the stuff.. Problem is: what is the part number too!
  18. welcome to LOC...:) What I would say is do a search here since there are MANY threads on it. They should be able to help ya.
  19. I just flush brake fluid every year with a break 3 or 4. No high priced is needed.Takes around 1 hour. I went back to Amsoil after 2 years without. I do not think Mobil is worth the money based on the numbers and contacting Mobils CS (which sucks); if you are doing longer drains which I love and do (and test for). I also have used other fluids in the oil and other oils adds. Most are ok and to me, the CS make or breaks it. So after using Amsoil for 14+ years and LC20 for 2, now back to both. If you are NOT doing longer drains, what do you think a dino cannot do that a syn can? I am getting at, if you are doing normal drains use a grp3 oil and say the money; if normal drains. Lastly, as I tell every car dealer, "is your car so poorly made that you are pushing the warranty". Then they get the hint If you are handy get or have some mm tools around and an OBDII & CAN, you are good to go. PS. welcome to LOC!!!
  20. I use Clearkote quickshine on my LCD (puters), plasma's TV. simple and works.
  21. Here is one about sensor. Where is : bank 1 sensor 1 bank 1 sensor 2 bank 2 sensor 1 bank 2 sensor 2 I never understood that.
  22. I have used seafoam in my ES and B12 Chemtool. B12 did not smoke at all, seafoam did. Now it one worked better, I have no idea.
  23. I am not expert but I would install yourself. It is easy, very easy. But I argee. The price is a huge delta here. I am going OEM when my die. So far after 110K miles, they are working great (via snap-on tester). But, making a splice is no big deal. Just make sure you seal the connection since salt, water etc will kill it over time.
  24. Easy. Vodka (Chopin) and Pepsi; having a few now! Or unless I am out, Crown and pepsi.
  25. Good one and have no clue, I would think it is limited around 130 via computer. I know my old mustang went as far as the speedo said. LOL Being a father I do not want to test the skills of this old car. I have a GSXR for that :) which only maxes at 173 :(
