  1. sorry i am not up to date with is performance specs but any intake that is located with a dr in the engine bay is not good get one with a pipe that goes to the bumper
  2. just run it too pretty much the same point likethe fuel low light i run mine right down to help the crap from settling and running it though the system to save from fuel issues later
  3. you already know it is not worth it if you see any smoke then unless it is 3000 then pass it by it will cost alot to fix for its neglect as it is usully from non oilchanges
  4. also sounds like a voltage reverb turn down the settings on the amp or get a pro to check the wiring
  5. is there a little light that blinks ont the radio? if not then there is no programed code
  6. i am a bit wiery o the idea of it having any rust i have a 94 also with 0 rust and 2 ousins with 92-93 also none so i am guessing it might be much worse where you cannopt see it other wise the 94 is a very good car stay away from the 92-93
  7. i think i am about to get even more to a tank now i just replaced the battery and terminals and all the gounds and power wires from the battery WOW the car starts much faster and runs much stronger also the lights on the dash are no longer dimming there is a ground right uner the battery tray which i thionk was the biggest culprit it was breaking and slitghtly corroded time to go back to the dyno

  9. sounds liek you have a dirty engine or throttle body get it cleaned most repair shops do it rather cheap $50
  10. there is one guy and tehy look pretty good but not for around 500 with cold cathode tube lighting
  11. i don't think the blown light ecu measuers the other lights resistance or amperage draw other than brake ones it is probably a cheap bulb with a weird filament inside used for replacing cause the ecu to get bad readings
  12. bleongs more in detailing as paint is pretty much paint rather than vehicle specific and wax is something you have to figure in time how much do you have to waste in doing it and tehn staring at it for a while
  13. like i mentioned before the car is saying it doesn't mathc even if it is printed worngly and matches in #'s i don't think the car will listen to you you if you argue with it lol :D

  16. i was trying to change my steering wheel last night and now have the srs light stuck on my dash i am hoping it is from a low voltage situation but my question if one of the techs are around there is a mention of 2 pins to use a service wire to get the codes besides the sst and dcl 1 connectors is this just shorting the pins of these 2 liek on a gm to flash the light? i doubt i will get an answer but here goes

  18. well you did have a different engine and tranny as well look at the upper mounts and see if it is breaking aprat
  19. i don't think the older cars had a cbest selection for settings i think i know what the problem is the shop wrongly installed the door lock pulse from the alram to the wireless key unlock as it will also relock the car if not opened they should have used the pulse to the wiring for the button for the door locks that is one situation but reading it again it is that the pulse is linked to the button instead which is locked out once the car is locked try it go inside the car when the alrm is on and the doorlocks won't work they need to go directly to the lock pulse like i said earlier some shop don't know what they are doing or don't have the expertise in luxury cars that have a tendency to have more featuers to break than they need so take it back to them and tell them to find a new door lock wire to pulse

  21. yah check that place stevie mentioned and i know wat you meant don't worry just the center caps that pop off the wheel only problem is if removed the emblems then they would be useless
  22. that is fine a synthetic would be best for an older engine maybe a 15w-30 for added protection from wear
  23. shims are small plastic or metal plates used to take the place of worn metal the noise you hear is the camshaft hitting the top of the valve because there is a gap just like tapping any thing else it is the noise from first contact if it was with minimal wear the it would be touching all the time and there would be noise noise as it is always touching
  24. freon is not part of you cooling system it takes a machine to purge the system and refill just like a home air conditioner it is not owner servicable in any regard besides the filter and even if you find the schrader valve for the a/c what would you do with it? besides look at it they don't break :D
  25. sorry you can't get picky with an es for a kit if you find anything it is amazing but to find a lip is even harder unless you are in japan if you find a trd camry 97-99 one you can get it moulded on
