First those wires don't look right ,their should be a plug on the speaker for a harness . Also i am not sure the wires colours are right either but i have no clue anymore as i don;t have oem wire on my car. They are not supposed to be soldered , i would guess someone changed them at some point in time. If the back doesn't work right now try listeing to the rears on only. Now see which one will make slightly more noise than the other and which sounds more distored at the volume needed to play. Cut one of the wires on the speaker which sounds bad, you can fix it later .If the other side returns to normal then it is that speaker. If not put it back together and try the other side. You only need to cut one of the wires not both. If disconnecting either doesn;t help then it is either you amp or deck but from the looks of it it is one of your aftermarket speakers

Get a volt meter and hook it up to your cig lighter and monitor it when driving it is probably the alternator which has a hard tiem kleeping 14.4 vdc and it rarely keep up unless on long drives. Are your gauge needles lit or have a few black spots? The higher the vdc over tiem will cause the needles to go from heat ,onse with bad alternators tend to last longer, like mine I rewired the seats with straigh 14.4 vdc and new relays just using the pold elements and switches , it has become much better but it had already gotten better when i changed my battery cables also.

if it gets real nasty looking first make sure it is the red one from toyota not the green stuff second is their is contaminet in the engine form before that was not removed, it was probably was just drained last time and not flushed to remove all of it the last time

a bad speaker probably disconnect one of tehm adn try hooknig anoterh one up in the trunk to its wires

actually old rx the maf can get dirty but i don;t recommend just doing anything with out knowing why first. As it can make it harder to pin point the problems unless you can conntinue the troubleshooting after one thing is finished as it can hlp and also make it harder to hear or feel a problem. Also if a maf gets dirty it will read a higher temp meaning a higher resistance to tell the ecu which inturn thinks their is less air entering the engien causing it to run lean not rich

you removed a cord? which and what cord? It is probably the hazard switcg itself that is bad and needs to be replaced

What seems right to you may be totally wrong to a pro as they are experiance in connections and routing wires just ask the guy who fried his lexus amp and subs because of a bad remote

your pump is overpressurizing i might suggest the screen also and checking the lines
