  1. Is this the same for the 2005 ES-330? Thanks. mburn, I assume he is referring to the one is listed under his name in the profile. mikek753, use a 10mm socket on a long extension to remove the two bolts on two of the corners of the air box. On the back side of the air box is a bracket that holds some sort vacuum device. There is a philips screw that holds the bracket to the air box. The cover of the air box will pivot higher if the bracket is removed. Use a magnatized screwdriver so that you don't drop the screw into the abyss of the engine. Once the bracket is free (you need not remove or undo what the bracket is holding) and the two 10mm bolts are undone, you should be able to lift the cover up high enough to slide the air filter out and slide the new one in. Pay close attention to the orientation of the filter. Look for indents, patterns and labels or arrows that say front or flow. Once the new one is in, lower the cover, resecure the bracket and the 10mm bolts. you are done. steviej
  2. Does anyone know if there is a new Nav DVD available since that which comes stock with the ES-330 2005? Thanks.
  3. I have a 2005 ES-330. Since I have the Navigation system, I don't have a cassette player, so I can't use the cassette hookup. The device that routes the signal through the stereo is lame at best. Has anyone found another way to modify something on the Lexus so that an MP3 player can be plugged in directly to the car sound system?
  4. I have a 2005 ES-330 with a saatellite navigator. The plastic trim piece underneath the navigator is not perfectly flush with the piece underneath it. Do you think it is worth having Lexus fix this or could it result in more serious problems such as rattles, etc... I know this is really picky, but....
  5. I called Lexus to ask when the new navigation disk would be available. I currently have ver 04.2. They said sometime in October and the cost is $350. That seems a bit high, don't you think? I wonder if you can get one in English and Japanese, instead of English and French?
  6. When will the new NAV system update be out for the ES-330?
