Actually a freshly waxed car is faster as it has a lower coefficient of drag from dirt and other contaminants. Just like you hand can grip on the paint and slide over it when waxed like silk ,so does air.

One day i will take a pic of it but it has no skill to look at which i why i never focused on it. Thanks Steve i love mods as you know but i do hate almost 90% of 20 inch rims sold. I wanted a stock look but a slightly modified one that you are not sure exactly what it is has changed but you know something is different besides the rims. The same reason i bought the L-sportline kit as it basically looks stock but with a slightly longer lip on the ends . Hell if i did not know for sure i was looking at a L-sportline kit i would say it was stock as it has no fins ,extra openings or other travesties in design. If you want new disks buy the Brembo' drilled ones ,eBay probably is the cheapest . They are great and resist warping alot better than most if not all aftermarket ones. They also put alot of effort into the design of each rotor and its application with specific wind vanes and angles.

Your right ,you do not have to pay to sell something here. One the same note you also will not be allowed to post a for sale thread. It is done that way so people do not come to the site in order to sell there parts. if you want to make a financial gain from this site then you will have to make it a gain for the one offering it to you also. It is a give and take relationship. Become part of the community then go right ahead and post threads and posts to learn and help. Come here just to make a profit or any revenue and then keep looking as that is not what this site is about. This is not eBay ,you can't go there and get free advertising ,so why would we do the same thing?

I don't know of any LS ever to come with a locking diff. I used motul synthetic in mine and it felt the same after .

Your pads are low and the brake fluid has become low in the reservoir. Add fluid or change you pads.

Ross it is not your tire size that makes you tires rub . It is because you have the wrong offsets on your car. I have 275/30 20's and they don't rub at all on my car.

I would ask someone for there old ones since they will have enough power to lift a CF but not a metal hood

I also have a 6310i and love it. Although it is very long in the tooth. Also a firmware upgrade may help depending on the connection.

Get atleast a 245/40 18 for maximum comfort andwidth on such a wide wheel 235 is not enough. The tires are not loading for me but yokohama and toyo's are some of the best

Thanks rwallican, The ride with 20's is actually not that bad as you would expect from a 2-3 inch drop with the rims. I would owe it all to the JIC's which are very comfortable for daily driving. If i didn't know the car had suspension it could pass for OEM LS but we all know that is a cloud of air ,so it is hard to compare. Also the wider rims help level out the bumps. LOL ,thanks DCfish. I want the car to look like it could be factory but with something you can;t put your finger on why it looks different , well except for the 20's. I love the look of a big rim on a big car but i am tired of chrome as it is just not me. The tint i am planning on getting is not a name brand as i have not gotten into shopping for it yet. I just know what i want and that is a very light shading which can only be gained from the 50% mirror. It is just like normal mirror but you can see through it more unless you have a glare problem then you see nothing. In bright sunlight you can only see a reflection but at night you can see shadow and colour. 3M and LLumar both make good films. Thanks calab , i am not worried about curbs as i never hit any with my other cars and this set has a large rim protector bar on its side. Thank you also RF , classy is the look i am going for .

Are you sure it is not just surface corrosion which happens to even stainless steel but does not effect the metal it is just contaminants on top of the metal rusting from the heat.

Well since it was seen last year i have Refinished my rims to a machine finish from being painted. upsized my tires to Toyo T1-R 255/35 20( gives the rims some extra cushion ) and 275/30 20 for the rear alarm/starter 2 way paging also opens and closes my windows JL audio stereo 10w-7 and 500/1 with a 1 farad cap factory matched the front grille to the rest of the upper colour replaced the passenger mirror which cracked got all 4 new Drilled rotors PBR brake pads changed to Motul synthetic oil for the engine Motul synthetic for the diff Foglight mod to use them without the headlights Golden Yellow 3000k HID's for the headlights HID's for my fogs using Phillip's gen 3 ballasts and osram xenarc bulbs with 9006 adapters LED bulbs for the front turn signals as well as adding load resistors so they flash normal LED interior bulbs for everything LED bumper lens bulbs LED's added to the upper turn signals and also the lower dummy lights beside the fogs which had none PIAA bulbs for the city lights PIAA bulbs for the trunk licence Rear chrome trunk lid handle ( not that big ugly thing on eBay )that attaches to the rear plate from Mercedes Benz. Changed all the bulbs for the heated seats VSC and headlight washer buttons under the ashtray New Lexus carpets. optima yellow top battery new ground wires painted the rear sub cover as it was fading ( the best and most effective mod to freshen the interior with new carpets Last years mods were Lsportline mufflers Brembo orange anodized calipers new fog light my 20 inch O.Z. rims with some crappy dunlops cold air intake fixed all the stone chips MR. clean magic eraser'd the whole inteior and made it look factory new again got a new master key This years mods left finish my exhaust with borla y-pipe mufflers or just do an x-pipe finally paint my L-sportline bodykit and install it as well as getting my hood and trunk painted ( i am keeping the 2 tone ) take all 28 dings out of the body panels clear bra the front end after i get it painted tint the windows with a 50% mirror ( not the fading one tint film) which adds a slight glare but nothing dark as it looks like the glass is just really clean and shiney instead of black. finally put my celsior badge on mods left........ maybe get a header from J brady other than that i think i am done until i find a supercharger since i don't want to get into a turbo set up for it since the Japanese company C's is gone :( Enjoy ,i know i am Last year this year ( well today and yesterday) last night on Yonge street int Toronto Tonight in Niagara falls at the Casino All right ,that is it for now , let me know which pics you like. Need to find out where it is leaking . the stop leak thing is probably what the grit you are finding is. Every tiem you added new coolant the new stuff cleansed the area which was elakign like a wound and it started to leak again.

what kind of noise? Is it hard wired into the car or bluetooth?

You may have a collapsed sunroof drain that gets clogged.

I would definitely call the police as his next victim could be a child with the rock killing them easily as small as a pebble. For all you know that has already happened and you are the only one who can point out the perp.
