    Are you certain there is one on the engine block? Most auto block fittings related to the cooling system are air bleeds, not drains. The main coolant drain valve is on the radiator as per item 6 in this image: 2016-2023 Lexus Drain Valve 90910-09134 | OEM Parts Online

    Brian, did they perform a load test on the 12V battery? The only incident in the last 18+ years that involved a scary warning on the dash, ended up being a battery cell that was low on distilled water/battery acid. There were no codes to pinpoint the issue, but it is well known that especially with newer vehicles, electronics are very sensitive to battery voltage.

    You may want to ask the vendor/manufacturer of the wiring harness. If it is a dealership item, the parts department person should be able to cross-reference the two vehicle's part numbers to see if they're the same.

    You should be able to use Goo-Gone or if you're very careful, acetone. Be sure to waer neoprene gloves or equivalent.

    The key here is to: Look up this year RX's maintenance schedule. Try to find out if the owner followed that schedule and either has receipts or record of dates on which he did the work. If the vehicle had been well-maintained and there is written proof, you may still want to have a Lexus dealership inspect it.

    I use 3D waterless car wash for daily touchups, if required. It's only if the vehicle is filthy from mud and dirt will I wash the entire vehicle. Sometimes the dealer sells the vehicle with add-ons to increase its profit. My recent new car purchase had a medical emergency kit, anti-theft lug nuts, carbon fiver side view mirrors, and an emblem of some sort that no one at the dealership has been able to identify.

    I believe the tires are covered by the manufacturer if one of the tires is defective. If the tire was incorrectly mounted, then Lexus should cover its replacement. In other words there should be a built-in warranty.

    Yes, 10X is optical and beyond is digital. I believe. iPhones go up to 5X, only based upon what I've seen. Other uses for the stylus: Translate or zoom in imbedded text. Mark up images with high precision. Remotely take photos or videos from 20 ft away. Take quick notes that you don't have to save; they are saved, automatically.

    Love my Samsung S23 Ultra for two main reasons: 1. The camera is amazing (10x optical zoom is just one reason.) 2. The stylus is so far beyond anything Apple has (which is no stylus). I even use it to present Powerpoint slides. It does so many things!

    Did you ask them why they are recommending a change? Is there a "severe service" schedule that lists more frequent changes? I agree that most likely, it is not yet necessary to do.

    The o-rings are typically specified by inside diameter and cross-section diameter, most likely in millimeters. You will need calipers or an o-ring size cone. Have you verified that this component is or is not available, separately?

    I wish I could add my 2 cents, Charles but I live in California. Most of my carpet maintenance is simply vacuuming each, every 6 months or so, and cleaning them with carpet cleaner every few years.
