  1. I live in Orlando. Where is it and when can do you need this done by?
  2. And a few more:
  3. Well, I finally had some time to myself. So I drove around town and took some pictures. I'm just learning this photography thing.
  4. Actually, your screwed as the IS-F center console won't fit the ISX50's anyway. They're different. You'll have to get a Carbon Fiber ISX50. carson has them but they're crazy dollars and it's a 4 month wait to get em.
  5. before you go replacing the headlights, you might want to just try a headlight restore kit. Thiers about 20 bucks and I've seen them do a fantastic job of bringing them back to new. Blake has a nice step by step pictoral over in the Detailing forum (Crystal headlight restore kit). Looked great when he was done. For the suspension, what are you looking at spending? Unless you know what your doing, just mix matching springs and shocks could lead to issues later, or to an undesired ride result. To soft a spring on too stiff a shock or vice versa or both to soft or both to stiff. Depending on what your looking for, I would either go with OEM repalcements, or a coilover where the spring and the shock are matched and designed to work with each other.
  6. Ok, I'm watchin...
  7. I actually agree with you sticking with the Civic for now. In these uncertian times, having a car that will run forever, gets great gas mileage, looks good, and no payments is a smart place to be in. Maybe next year or the year after that would be a much better time to consider this. Maybe by then we will have atleast some sense of direction for recovery and how this is all going to land.
  8. Well the taillights of the Hyundai Sonata look reletively similar to the 2IS taillights... welll................they are close, but the Mitsu Lancer is even more of a copy.
  9. I've been using the Griot's leather cleaner, and it smells like leather. I like how that works out. they have a new car scent spray, but I haven't used that. I just like the seats to smell like leather.
  10. Wow, that's a pretty hard impact, but is it just me?, doesn't that gaurd rail look like it's almost designed to kill drivers?! I take it that from the funny hats, this must have been in Europe somewhere?
  11. I have a 1996 Nissan Sentra 4 door, with the 1.6 liter and I get 34-36 mpg with that. So I can easily see a Civic, especially the newer ones getting 40. Honda makes a great product. The Civic has allways gotten great gas mileage and they last forever. I'd love to have a 98(ish) stick to jam around the city in.
  12. Yes, the first warning will be there. It's the nagging beep afterwards that keeps on beeping and beeping that this turns off. I can easily live with that.
  13. It's the sensor. Have you had any suspension work? You have a sensor on each axle. Either it needs to be adjusted, or somehow one of them got broken.
  14. What are the tint laws in CA? Isn't tint in general known in the state of California to cause cancer? LOL!!!
  15. everytime I look at the pic of the Beamer, I just cringe. Every window was smashed, it was keyed deep, on every panel that I can see anyway, the paint , oooh, the peachy pink paint..................man.
  16. I normally only advise that you keep the tires matched. I know it may cost you a bit more, but maybe next time you can replace all 4 with a set lower on the budget pole. Or, get all new 4 tires now, as you said, they are about half of what 2 OEM tires cost.
  17. Ok, your still not being clear. Try all this first. Go out to your car and get in the driver seat. 1) Does the seat move back and fourth using the controls on the side of the seat? Yes? Read on, No? Probably a fuse, go to the dealer and have them fix it for you, or open the owners manual and locate the fuse and replace it yourself. 2) Yes? the seat does move? Now hit your memory 1 button. Does the seat return to the saved position now? Yes, Keep reading, No? You just need to set the memory using the steps provided in your owners manual, or take it back to your dealer and have them do it for you. 3) Yes? It did return to the starting position, then your done, it's saved, and you didn't have a problem. :)
