  3. It's possible. Or maybe the latch needs some lube? You also might want to check the adjusters at each corner over the headlights and make sure they aren't out to far and maybe making the hood too hard to close.
  4. Rotora's are nice. Good selection. The calipers look great! Can we get a pic with rims back on when your done?

  11. After thinking about this for a bit, I wonder if the tires were directional patterned and were mounted on backwards, or had thier staggered set up rotated? Hmm, I wonder what that ride would be like? lol!!
  12. Pittsburg has 5 super bowl wins, in six showings. If the Steelers win this, they'll have 6 super bowl wins, the most in the NFL.

  18. You can take it to any auto parts store like Discount or Auto Zone. They all do it for free.
  19. Here's a link to the thread: Vinyl repair thread
  20. Actually you can probably fix that yourself for around 20 bucks. Talk to Lenore over on the RX 300 forums. He did a review of a leather repair kit and he said it looked awsome. You couldn't even tell where it was. And for you rip, it's not like it's in an area that gets worn and flexed.
  21. I haven't ever used the back up camera for "checking" around, I still actually look, but I think because the rear deck is so high, you have this big blind spot that sits right behind the car, and the back up camera eliminates that. I use it to measure when I'm backing up distances to the parking curbs, walls, bushes, and poles. I love the camera for that! It's also nice when I back out of parking space as I can see other tail lights and reverse lights on cars across the way much more easily, and people who are walking thru the parking lots as they cross behind me. But I have never thought the back up camera replaced my side view mirrors, rear view mirror, actually looking out the side windows and checking, and just using some basic driving skills.
  22. Are they better than Dickies?
  23. For me it's never been a question, for any of my cars. I do it all myself. (except warrentee work that obviously is good to have the dealer do.) But I also think that we are more the exception to the rule. For most people, it's about convenience, time, and with alot of people who live in condos or apartments and don't have a garage, or place to do it, then the Jiffy lubes and Mobile Lube type places are the only realistic alternative to going to the overpriced dealer. For those people, heres my advice: Learn for yourself the steps to doing an oil change. It only takes a little of your time that you mostly spend staring at a cumputer screen anyway, while your there, look up a "How to". Heck, we have one here at the top of the forums labeled in the "How to's". I can't tell you how many people I talk to that don't have any idea on what to do. I'm not saying do an oil change, just learn what one is and the steps that are needed, and why your doing it. Once you have that, go to what speed lube place you choose, and get out of your car and watch them. Just watch them drain the oil, pull the oil filter, put in the new one, retighten the drain plug, and refill it with oil. You can even check the dipstick yourself if you would like. Then pay them and move on. What else is there? And don't let them sell you a bunch of other crap you don't need.
  24. Right , auto rewind, and auto reverse! the first time I heard the head click over and the song on side b started, I thought for sure this was it! LOL!!!
