  1. i just realized it was a 92. for some reason i thought it was 97+
  2. dont get that supercharger, thats a joke. headers, full exhaust, BFI, k&n filter should put you up to 300. also make sure you have done a tune up on ur car, changing your fluids, sparkplugs, wires. stuff like that will help out
  3. ? is your headunit connected correctly?
  4. you can replace that stuff with better quality products as well. companies like Dynamat and Second Skin Audio make hood liners that are imo 100x better than the stock stuff used.
  5. have you already bought the xplod or are you going to buy it?
  6. one 12" sub in the rear gives more boom than any 10" replacement ever will. but im starting to want two 12"s now because its not loud enough for me on the highway when the windows are down.
  7. if you roll down your windows and open your sunroof it reduces alot of sound cancelation. also the best point in your car for sound is by your head unit, its usually that way on all cars except for hatchs.
  8. The SC is a damn good looking car for its time. i still think its better looking that more than half the cars out there being made. what do your friends drive? and if you want to talk body kits what year is your sc? you can upgrade it all to a 97+ body style which is REALLY good looking. or go to intellextual
  9. i live off of hebron and I35, i know of the races you talk about but ive never been there. i know alot of people go to the 1/8 strip around there. other than that i have no idea. im always around 75 and 190 i know races around there but i havent been to one or seen one in about 2 years so i dont know if people even do it anymore overthere.
  10. if you look underneath your rear panel at the speakers where the tank is. it looks like a 6 1/2 inch because the magnet is the same size as the cone. you can easily cut that metal to fit any size speaker you want. the fronts would be much harder to fit a diff size speaker because of depth issues and the fact that the surroundings of the speakers drop off.
  11. take a day off and save your self lots of money and go with the BFI, it has 10x better results than the injen. you actually loose hp and tourqe with the injen untill about 80+mph
  12. POST PICS!!!!! :D not a clue. sorry im no guru when it comes to turbos. but im trying to learn. hopefully awj can chime in on this issue
  13. borla is quieter. borla has its own tune though. all borla exhausts have a signature note it that i just cant put my finger on. but damn i love it. oh yah and for a nice exhaust sound. go to your local autozone, pick up some exhaust pipes. grab an empty folgers can. apply duct tape. and rev her hard. youll fall in love. promise
  14. ill pm you the pics here in the next week. my usb port is screwed up right now so i cant upload anything. i spent a crap load of money on my custom install though :( youll be happy with the insert for the price
  15. yah i need to know for a 95 to. what kinda tranny fluid to use? which brand? im thinkin bout droppin the tranny and cleanin it but i dunno
  16. no. not with out cutting and replacing parts.
  17. borla is supose to have just a low rumble but will not get loud. now the greddy will give you want. also jic will please your imported sound
  18. yes sir.. well i didnt make it i dont have that great of hand eye cordination. i had earmark car audio build me one. i need to update my pics though for better shots, and i have a hidden digital alpine amp control where the cig lighter and ashtray use to be
  19. intellextual has exhaust sound clips. what sound are you looking for? loud, quiet, low rumble, high whine, rice even? i know that magna flow and jic are loved. a full exhaust without headers would be Greddy, i think thats around $900. the headers you can get at lextasy. personally im saving up for the true dual exhaust. lextasy headers, custom pipes, and borla exhaust.
  20. clear corners, go there instead of ebay
  21. give Sewell or Park Place lexus a call, tell them what your looking for and they will search for one in some kinda data base. it might take them a week or 2 to find you what you want. but go to Sewell off of Lemmon in dallas. Excellent service
  22. well if we are talking about an underdrive pulley i would have to say NO big time. our cars use alot of electricity with the stereo, seats, sunroof, and all sorts of other things. now if you get a under pulley it will decrease the use of your alternator, and that could really screw you up in the long run. i highly suggest you not go that route unless your making your car a track only car
