  1. thanks, i am most likely going to have a custom pillar built for the guages.
  2. its not a cd changer, its a cd holder, i just wanted something different.
  3. i do know they are just mufflers and tips, thats why i asked about the pipes, and yes i am interested in a turbo, but not for another year atleast. should i wait? should i get the turbo headers now and build around that? i know nothing at all about exhaust
  4. finally after my wait its done, great custom install by earmark car audio in plano tx. i love it. the head unit is Alpine CDA 9815, the cd compartment thingy is a c-box mainly used in porsches. this is what it looks like with the cd out, i can move cd's in and out of all the holders and the head unit with the car's shifter in park. i was mainly worried about that, i think it looks 10 times better in person than these pics, and also i hafta change the amber colors of my ac unit to blue now since it looks odd at night.
  5. sounds nice, id like to see some pics to, im getting my install tomorrow, ill post pics after i get it done, i got the alpine CDA-9815 head unit and a special piece that no one "hopefully" has ever used. im getting my install at earmark car audio in plano tx (highly suggest for anyone in the area). your set up sounds awsome. infinity references are known to not be good at all with mids. check out if your alpine has i-personalize as an option, if so go to www.alpine.com and go through their i-personalize section, you will crap you self in confusion but be overwhelmed with such a grand option, you can fine tweak your head unit like nuts, but i think you hafta have a cd-burner to use it.
  6. 586.99 straight from borla, 489.95 from tm engineering
  7. Im ordering the borla exhaust, should i get all new pipes? whats the difference from the ones on there now and ones i can purchase and have someone else put them in?
  8. check out rod millen exhaust, more expensive than borla, but i believe rod millen is the best for lexus v8's,
