i had my car stall once after a hard stop. but it started right up and never happened again. didnt think much of it but it could be the transmission not disengauging something.

the allignment shop would probably tell you what needs to be fixed before they would allign your car.

it wont be an easy swap. lots of fabrication is needed and wiring wont be easy. im guessing that the supra was a 5-speed so converting the sc in to manual will be a challenge. and if it is an auto then forget it! not to discourage you but its more work that its cut out for...

i think you need an hb4 or 9006 hid kit. thats the bulb number or type. -
koyo should make an all aluminum radiator.

you can use sheet metal screws or drill some new holes and put nuts and bolts. i dont think glue will do much...

open the cap and take a look if there is oil inside the cap and rotor housing. if there isnt then its definitely the o-ring but if there is oil inside the cap then the distributor bearing seal has gone bad.

the front you need to take the upper arm off. and to do that on one side you need to take off the wiper water resevoir and i dont think you need to do anything special for the rear.

small things are different in the 400 that will cost more than $1000 to change over so its more cost effective to start off with a 300.

you should take your car to get the code read. there is no real way of telling without doing atleast that.

give the hub near the ball joint a good whack with a hammer. it should come off.

maybe they quoted you book time on a 300 -
the engine will handle many many miles. but the trans may give out eventually depending on how you drive.

replacing a starter on the v8 is like a 12-14 hour job. $640 is like stealing. you might have got that price because they inconvinienced you by doing so much damage. -

it sounds like an ignition switch problem. -
try the mount first. its like 50 bucks and its easy to change. you cant really go wrong.

mmm... i dont think the SC is as fast as you would like. 1/4 times are only in the 14's 0-60 would be low 6's? at the time i think the sc and the gs were the fastest but i would think that the new IS330 is the fastest... here's something you can do. if a 98 sc isnt as fast as you like you can always swap in a zo6 engine!

alot of times the tranny mounts will LOOK fine but they arent. does the vibration come from the center of the car like it vibrates the whole car or from a corner of the car?

the valve may not be opening all the way. either the electric motor or the valve is busted could also be your thermostat though... -
if anything it must be for a sc430

did the vibration only come after you installed the new wheel/tire combo? try put your old setup back on. if not i would think its the tranny mount.

thats the problem. even if you did go with the eclipse you would just have a dumb looking deck in your car. i really wish deck makers made more stock looking decks however that might look...
