All you get with IS250 is two smart keys.

You already have HID that gives you both a low and a high beam on your outboard headlights. You don't need anything more. The kits are to convert the standard Halogen lights to HID. Base cars don't come with HID standard.

People have been having good luck with Mtec kits with the slim Philips balasts. Try Xenon Depot or Ebay.

Part of that hesitation was fixed by the TSB for the ECU reflash. Something else that might help is an aftermarket grounding kit.

Yea the seats on her Lexus does not have any leather trim on the edge of the seats. There's absolutely no leather ...just full fabric throughout the seats. Since that was posted I've seen that the base cars came with cloth seats in Canada.

The two tone effect with the cashmere looks cheap. I think it looks especially bad with a dark exterior. But then I'm a lazy ole macho mother *BLEEP*er, so what do I know?

Some of these refer to TSB's where the company will fix your car for free, but they don't notify you. Nobody knows about it till they go in with a problem and find out it's covered on a TSB.

They put buttons like that in there to keep you busy so you aren't messing with all the real buttons. :D

I have just received a quote for the Ground Effects kit from Westside Lexus (Houston): Front - 08154-53830-B0 $559.13 Sides- 08150-53840-B0 $559.13 I didn't want to bother with the rear because I think it's a lot of bother for little effect, but the Dealer then went on to say they would supply but not fit as they had fit as a dealer option previously and found the parts required a lot of work to make them fit properly??? :o Also got a quote for the Lexus Pedal Sport Package: 78101-53010 Brake pedal $70.71 Accelerator Pedal $47.53 Footrest 58192-53060 $71.97 These prices seem a little high to me. Most people that have xpel swear by it. It's saved their paint and they say bugs and stuff come off more easily. I'm thinking about getting it, but it's hard to find an installer around here. As for the price, I think most didn't get the headlights and mirrors, but just the bumper and hood front.

Engine parts need to seat, wear in a little, smooth out. Brakes, tires, etc don't want to be flat spotted, overheated, need to be set to the rims, etc. All will work much smoother if broken in rather gently.

From what I've seen, most are paying $600 to $700 for that kind of job. Labor is included. The price you have seems to be in line.

You can't do it. The dealer has a hand held programmer that does it.

I had a 94 Firebird Formula with a 5.7 LT1 automatic. I drove it for almost 10 years. I got about 18-20 MPG local and as much as 26 MPG on long trips. Mine had a 3.50 rear axle as I remember.
