If you hear squeeling when the light is on then it is the belt.If it goes away and comes on when stopped it is more liekly a wire or the alternator.

Higher aspect ratio( bigger sidwall ) and smaller width (trac or contact patch ) is better for the snow but 225 will work fine 215 may be a weird size and cost more.

If you are very electricalally minded then don't bother with the 3rd volume which is the wiring schematic.It works amazing when repairing wireing and other locations of electrical parts but you need to be able to read schematics to get the full worth of it.

An exhaust is nice but can be annoying when you want a LEXUS. If you are not going to be modifiying it more like rims and other things then leave a stock style one.

It is not the bulb that makes the light purple it is the lens cut off from the projector. Think diamonds. There are kits to replicate it but they are 8000k hid bulbs

Don't worry i made it one topic for both to make it easier for you. If the pump is leaking it would check it to make sure it is the pump and not a hose ,if not already done.The lucas stuff works great but is only a band aid. I also can;pt remember if it runs on tranny fluid if it runs the cooling fans also or regular PS fluid. The sub can be replace with another kind of free air woofer but it would need a better amp to make it works properly as the stock sub is very efficient but not powerful.

Maybe i can get you a smoking deal from this local guy on a engine and tranny as he has tons of 92-93's and it would be cheaper on labour as you wouldn;t have to use a hoist and support the engine to remove the tranny .

I have no idea of the mileage but since they are japanese tehy would be rather low and in KIlometers not miles. It is mainly good to get 4 working needles rather than the rest of the cluster

You can get other ones aftermarket but try and see if the pigtail harness matches in length and adaptability as some don't.

He has tons of parts prettty cheap,not dirt but considering it is canadian it is real good in USD. Here are some pics and i can get exact prices if anyone is interested. I just got a set of JDM folding side mirrors for $200 he has engines and trannies ,tons of 3vz-fe which is the 92-93 V6,atleast 15 of them. a few 1mz-fe engines and trannies front clips ,and gauge clusters for $200 each ,he said he has about 20 clusters so if i can get enough of them maybe i can bring the price down since most of us need new needles. he also has front and rear lights which are kind of expensive a set of black front seats,steering wheel's leather is cracked,a couple of hoods with grille,fenders doors and other bits and bytes. let me know

I think the honda civic is a superb car for handling, but i guess it omes down to the driver skill and what they want out of handling civics of 1988 - present included.

who do you know with 19's ? some are saying tehy are putting them on and one person said he fit 20's and it rubs and he did all sorts of things to help it but it still does. I guess you need to ask your friend who said he put the 19's on. If things change to fit 19 or 20's on a 92-96 the faq will reflect the changes but as of right now there are none that i have seen or know of that had been able to fit them with no modifications. If it includes tons of mods to make tehm fit well then anything with the right amount of money is possible. RIGHT??

Truthfully all the details i can;t remember i think it hd to do with DEC 12 th but i am not sure. It is mainly Matt's baby and as for voting i wasn;t even sure who was going to choose ,if it was publically or Matt. I do remember there is supposed to only be one submission per member ,which a few people missed. Also remember to label the pic with your member name as some also forgot to do that.

NO problem ,i just don't want anyone else to have to suffer from a defective tire manufacture not backing there product up when it fails and miserable at that.

With 102 k lexus will still warranty the problem, especially an emission relaetd one as i think they have to last 10 years
