Did you complete the reset procedure? If you did, you should have the code retrieved with a scan tool. Some auto parts store personnel will do this for you.
  2. How many miles are on the odometer? Was the transmission fluid changed at intervals specified in the owner's manual?
  3. It is not unrealistic to question whether porosity leaks are happening with the aluminum wheels. Hopefully, that test was done by the tire shop.
  4. It seems like the ABS bleed is only thing you haven't done, so let's hope it solves the problem. If you have an independent shop do it, you should be certain that they have done this to a similar vehicle without having any issues after the service.
  5. This ad looks like the company's locksmiths can solve any lost key scenario. Perhaps you can call them to see if they can provide the "how". I know they are nowhere near you but it may be beneficial for you to see if in fact there is a way. Car Keys Made In San Diego County - SD Locksmith (sd-locksmith.com)
  6. You might want to see if there is a different type of fuse puller that will work. I sometimes pop out a fuse with a flat blade screw driver. I posted a link to instructions for replacing the hood supports. Regarding hatch doors, I've read some comments about owners' having to adjust the latch. If I can't find a solution using bing.com, I'll try Google but that is a rarity that nothing shows up in bing.
  7. If you decide to get the gaskets replaced, consider a well-rated independent shop or Toyota dealership. Both would charge less than the average Lexus dealership. Our valve cover gaskets were replaced at about 120,000 miles and 13 years of age. The gaskets were replaced by an independent shop.
  8. Did the mechanic uncover any code(s). One possibility is P2121- Throttle PDL- Position Sensor. What type of repair shop was it - Dealership or independent?
  9. It seems that vendors on ebay claim to have it. If you scroll down about a third of the way, you'll see one or two. Further investigation (looking at the ratings comments) would be a good idea. headlight bulb for 2018 lexus is300: Search Result | eBay
  10. Code P0340 Lexus: Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction (autocodes.com)
  11. I suggest that you conduct a search for the two codes to see what the recommended solutions are. Don't wait too long, since other components may fail as a result.
  12. Could this be the issue? Lexus RX300 ABS kicks in/antilock brake activation when not needed (carspecmn.com)
  13. Typically, the sensor consists of a heated wire. Did you buy a Lexus/Toyota sensor? If aftermarket, perhaps the sensor itself is faulty.
  14. That's puzzling. Why would MAF cleaner mess up an MAF sensor. That's akin to window cleaner damaging a window. Did you drive your vehicle for a while?
  15. You might want to have an auto body shop paint and clearcoat it. That area of our RX does not look like paint. It looks more like polycarbonate or something similar.
  16. My son once had a rabbit, living in his Honda's engine bay and munching his air conditioner cables. We gave the rabbit a ride to home depot and forced him to find another home - hopefully not in someone else's engine bay.😏
  17. Forecast of rain - hardtop Sunshine and temps above 60 degrees F: Convertible 🙂
  18. I would let them look underneath to see if they can determine the root cause. Odds are that at least one of the aforementioned possibilities is causing the issue. Then again, they may have seen a particular issue in other customers' LS 460s that caused the same issues.
  19. I would pop the hood to see if water made its way onto the wiper wiring connectors. If that were the only reason for the odd behavior, they should work, normally, tomorrow.
  20. More than a few of the 2016 model year LS460s have had suspension issues which include issues with one or more of the following (if applicable to this model): Shocks or struts ball joints Tie rods wheel bearings alignment Steering linkage power steering pumps and hoses wheel balance springs or torsion bars bushings electronic or air suspension A good alignment shop technician can pinpoint trouble areas, as this type of person has likely troubleshooted many vehicles with similar problems.
