If it doesn't register when its your car though they will just debit your account from your license plate. The LKA is in the center of the car behind the rearview mirror, not on the side. Premium, I'm happy to help ;)

Does the LS460 you're buying have lane keep assist? Thats the only other sensor I could think of. My advice? You actually probably can leave the EZPass in the glove box. Mine is mounted in the Lexus but my wife refuses to let me mount one in her car, and its in the glove box and always works. They also have a small exterior one that mounts to the front license plate screws.

Naa its not going to be possible to retrofit it into another LS430 that doesn't have it, although I think most LS430s do. They're okay...nothing spectacular.

$650 is a steal to replace that starter...

Wow...thats awful! Have you taken all the spare tire paraphenalia out of the trunk and drove it to see if that helps? It definately sounds metallic. I'm thinking the subwoofer in the package shelf, or maybe the rear sunshade...

You're not going to get a settlement. The navigation system has operated that way since Lexus started selling navigation systems in 1998, and plenty of other car manufacturers (most) have navigation that has blocked-out destination input when driving. Its a situation of "caveat emptor", when purchasing a $40,000 vehicle if the technology of the navigation system is of importance to you, a thorough test drive and use of the system would have provided you with plenty of information. As for the update, version 9.0 will come out in September or October, I would wait for that. 8.1 is an upgrade from your car (which has 6.1, the system is always a year behind the year of the car).

5k service is free, 10k is not. Its an oil change & tire rotation.
