Hi, 1. The picture shown in previous reply was for the tail light but included only to show the white ring (there are 3 of them) that is similar to the one you see in the front light. 2. I have included 2 additional pictures to show the plastic covers that need to be removed to get at the lightings.

Hi, Easy: 1. Undo the plastic covering cowl (larger on the passenger side, smaller on the driver side) 2. Wriggle your hand down to twist the black part that is similar to the white ring in the attachment 3. Twisted black part will reveal the bulb to be replaced. The radar can well be a K40. If so, its control to turn on/off/adjust can be found in the middle armrest between drive/passenger or in the glove box. The radar unit is located somewhere near beneath the front bumper

Ipod Cassette Adapter With 1990 Lexus Ls400 - Help?!?

Hi, I bought a cassette adapter (as you mentioned in your email) from Target or WalMart. I insert it into the player and plug in my iPod. As mentioned by others: 1. Check the condition of the tape on the cassette player (eg. tape still intact/not broken/not twisted) 2. Do other normal cassette tapes play? If not, most probably something wrong with player ! -
Hi, My 91 LS 400 cig lighter works on and off. I notice that when outside temp is warm, it mostly works. First thing in the morning, it does not work. Anybody knows if it is linked to some kind of temp sensor or does it have a circuit by itself? How t check it using a meter? TIA VH

Hi, I am looking for the driver-side yellow-colored indicator assembly as located in the front bumper. I am also interested in both headlights complete assemblies. How is the driver seat (ie good condition)? Please let me know what you want for the above. VH 1991 LS400

Hi, Welcome. I think that there may be a button underneath the gas pedal so that when you push the gas pedal all the way to the floor, it may make a difference in terms of power

Thanks for your words of comfort! The whining noise has only come about a couple of months ago. Like you said, mine is also ice cold; performance and mileage still good. Just annoying to hear it when you accelerate :chairshot: Regards VH

Sorry about this off-topic: I just found out from Lexus dealers incl. Toyota that color code 180 flint grey for my 91 LS400 was stopped in production. Does anyone know its replacement ? TIA
