  1. Of the choices you have, take it to Toyota. If it was me, for that kind of money, I'd just buy it and drive it till it breaks.
  2. Iif Japan Star Motors is not the same compan as Nippon, then there is an argument here over maybe nothing?
  3. Tuned to the max, for the class they run in. Running on the edge, so to speak.
  4. We just always sent a noob or an intern out to start all the cars before quitting time. It's real cheap that way.
  5. Perhaps the idle air control valve needs cleaned. There are some recent posts about that.
  6. That's right. My '94 Firebird is not an "American" car.
  7. I've had cars of both American, German, and Japanese manufacture do the same thing. It's not unique to any brand.
  8. The Germans can take a fairly simple idea for a machine, and somehow complicate to the point that you almost have to be an engineer/mechanic to keep it running.
  9. Perhaps he doesn't drive enough to keep it fully charged. Have you tried giving it a full slow charge?
  10. Maybe also test the battery. Sometimes they forget to activate them.
  11. If you can't go HID, then SilverStars are the best thing going. I always handle bulbs by the base, no finger oil on the glass.
  12. Aquapel doesn't care what your wiper blades are made of. It's gotta be the greatest thing since winshield tint.

So.......now you have to take some pictures and post them. We'd love to see your taste. :D ← Gotta have pics.
  15. It's a cream metal polish with chemical cleaners, and a mild abrasive. It will take a brass item that's turned green and clean it up in a hurry, with just a little rubbing. We used it in the service to keep brass uniform buttons, etc, all shiny. I still keep some around for gun parts and stuff. I've never tried it on plastic lense though. http://www.vermontcountrystore.com/shoppin...archid=inceptor
  16. That's cool. By the time you buy a filter online and pay shipping it's going to cost at least that.
  17. whoops, sorry, the other way around,i use the gold class and the 3 coats of NXT...where has my head been lately ← I see. The Gold Class really shines, but it does need something to seal it. I need to try the NXT.
  18. Maybe reset the CEL anyway and drive awhile, before going into it too deep.
