    If the fuel line is frozen, the car wouldn't run at all. If it's just water, it's going to take some time to run that out. Don't know if you can, but storing in a warm garage somewhere for a while and then trying it should tell you.

    They did that with Accords back around 1986. I went shopping and had an Accord all picked out. Then they hit me with the "added dealer markup" and I just walked.

    I've had my IS300 for a year and a half now and I have never seen a problem related to drive by wire. There was the issue that was fixed with the ECU reflash, and the supposed hesitation with the 1 -2 shift, which some say is because the 2 is just an overdrive 1. Whatever the case, I just haven't seen any real problems with this type of thing. When I put the pedal down , the engine and trans give immediate and appropirate response at any speed.

    I've had G-2 silver on mine for 1 1/2 years now and it still looks great. If you only do two calipers at one time, just mix half the stuff. It will set up in an hour or so and you can't reuse what's mixed. When all is done and cured, the Lexus logo stickers look real nice on calipers.

    All of us aren't into restoring a paint job. Those little waxmaster type orbital buffers are just fine for waxing, and with enough bonnets you can apply, remove, and buff wax on a car in short order. They work just fine for what most people need one for.

    Good luck with that. Do as above and ask the vendor for directions. Better yet, go to a reputable dealer and buy a good lip spoiler that will fit. I doubt you'll be happy with the Ebay cheapo.

    It's not easy but you can try this. Take out the transmission dip stick. Put a plastic bag around the filter to catch the oil, and let the filter drop into the bag when you get it off. Then work the filter around towards the firewall and you should be able to get it out from above. Some people even remove the transmission dip stick bracket to make more room.

    4300 or 5000 K will be plenty white. Anything higher and you will lose some lumens.

    When I order Toyota filters and washers, the washers are aluminum. I think it's important that the thickness and the ID of the washer be correct.
