  1. If the rotors aren't scored or warped why turn em?
  2. That would be lug nuts. http://www.sewellpartsonline.com/pt_inq.asp or have the dealer order them
  3. Maybe they don't care as much about safety.
  4. Especially if you wanted to decapitate your dog or your kid.
  5. The dealer should have an assortment of keys they can use.
  6. Yeah 30 is underinflated. The warning is supposed to go off at 4 PSI difference but when I had a leak in a rear tire it took a lot more before the warning showed. I try to check pressures at least once a month or when there has been a major change in ambient temperature. For every 10 degrees F change in the weather tire pressure will change by 1 PSI.
  7. It takes 4 PSI diff to set off the alarm. Were you checking your tire pressure? What PSI were you running?
  8. I think most any relatively open exhaust is gonna back off some. Try winding out on the highway in second or third and listen as it coasts down.
  9. Now that you mention it, I agree. No ice till the freezer's running right! LOL!! :)
  10. I think I'd get my bent rim fixed or replaced first.
  11. I thought maybe it was those darn LOC mods that work for the dealership cartel.
  12. Lexus has replaced the mirror mounts for lots of people.
  13. Didn't we already have a thread about this bent rim?
  14. I think we figured that out sometime around 2006
  15. Once you take the engine room covers off and then the windshield washer tank neck it's pretty easy to see how the headlight rear covers come off. After that it's easy to replace the bulbs. Bulbs can be found online at a pretty reasonable price. I'd expect less than $100 each.
  16. Here's the PDF that shows what the rear leveling sensor arm should look like. headlight_beam_level_control_system.pdf
  17. Sounds like the yaw sensor may be too sensitive then. I drove my 350 for a while with diff front and rear tire types with no problems.
  18. That can happen if you just happen to get the right combination of a dip or hole or bump in the road and one tire momentarily loses traction. I wouldn't be too concerned if it doesn't happen on a regular basis. I've had it happen when making a right turn on a street corner and the inside tire drops into a dip by the curb. Directional has little to do with dry traction. The tires just need to be installed turning the right direction in order to throw water out and prevent hydroplaning.
  19. Another unsolved mystery I suppose. Not as good as unacelerated intentions, but good.
