What did you guys drive before your IS???? for the past 10 years i've had a 97 civic that i got right after HS graduation. I bought my IS just in time for my 10 year reunion...even though i never ended up going.

'97 Subaru Outback that my wife bought new her last year of college. It had 160k miles, and it seemed that it was going to last forever. I almost got a new XT outback, but since our other car is a minivan to haul the kids around, we decided to get something smaller and more fun. The XT Outback is an excellent car, but it doesn't look quite as nice as the IS.

My first car was a 2001 Lexus IS300 that I got when I turned 16...

Then after my first year of college I traded it in for a 2005 Lexus IS300 with the same options just new color...

..and now im on a 2007 IS, so I guess you can say the Lexus IS and I are like peas and carrots....16years old to 22 and never done me wrong!!

Infiniti, 04, 06 & 07' 6MT (husband's) we loved them but for some reason everybody had the exact same car as mine and saw them everywhere, I got tired of it and, since my husband had the 07' we wanted something different for me and the only two alternatives were the BMW 335I and the IS...so, here I am now.

1) 1969 Camaro - first year POS. then 5 months in the garage and reborn hotrod

2) 1978 Olds Cutlass - 6 month project became 10 sec. 1/4 mile hobby car

(all I have is a video of a run for this car)

3) 1978 Monza Spyder - 305 V8 - engine swapped to 350 w/ Dana 44 rear end etc.etc.

4) 1986 Buick Grand National w turbocharged 3.8L V6- air to air intercooler swapped out and stage 4 turbo @ 18PSI. etc.etc.

5) 1988 Toyota Celica GT ( No pics, sorry)

6) 1994 RX7 Ifini type R2. ( My first brand new car.)

I also owned a 1996 Mazda B2300, 1988 Honda Accord, 1994 Honda Accord, and a 2003 Ford Explorer.

I have also owned many motorcycles along the way. But this thread only asked for cars. I have had a few other cars as well, but I'm not sure of the parameters that qualify ownership for this also.
