  2. I have HID's on my LS and they work and look very nice. Find out what bulb you have then match a kit to them. www.hidplanet.com
  3. I use soap and water on all my wheels and then wax them with meguires nxt wax.
  4. First poppi make a better title ,click the "please read in my sig" As for the car i dislike everything but the air cooled seats in the 330. The mcv20 was a much better car in looks and drivability for what i like. The ES350 is a car that makes the 300/330 previous feel like a 4 banger accord. The 330 was slow had a real crappy transmission which is the Canadian version so it drives better than the American one.

  12. A motorvac is a extremly good carbon cleaner. It decarbonizes the engine completly and should have been the first step taken if it was a carbon issue.
  13. What is done is done and there is no reason for the level of flaming you have brought to the thread. What are you mad about he admitted he is wrong and made a thread to show the pics and tell the complete story bad parts and all. If lex said someone cut him off we would have been none the wiser and life would have continued. Why would you even ask him to be truthful it is none of your business in the first place and second where has he given the impression that he isn't especially from this thread by his own admission. Things happen and i am sure he realises it ,leave the comments of that nature to somewhere else where it might be welcome .   14. I am pretty well lost ,glad the year was mentioned as it was another oddity. Does as you say the car shuts down like you never put the key in leave the dash gauges on or does the car go dead that not even an interior light turns on? I can only think by your description to the dealer thy looked at the throttle body because it kept the systems going but the engine stopped. Please clarify.

  16. I am still lost how you need to press the brake pedal to start the car? If you owned a newer ES350 with puch button start then you would have to press the brake but not in a 300 !
  17. I would start by replacing your gas cap they are cheap. You have a vacum leakin your gas system which is goin to make you loose gas.

  19. if it starts at a certain distance i would lean to a sensor issue . It would have to be a sensor that is not used when the engine is cold only warm-hot. MAF, is used all the time not temp related o2 and egr are bypassed when cold from inaccurate readings There are way more but i am tired and can't think
  20. What year? What dealer? Have you had a motorvac as it would make more sense than ripping apart an engine for carbon.

I prefer the G coupe then the sedan the biggest problem is the front seat controls which are perched on the edge of the front seat and dig into your thigh real hard especially depending on how you have your body aligned. I tend to angle my feet to a heel-toe angle by nature which causes the switches to really dig into me. Unless you don't drive far, or want to do the mod removing them from the cushion area i would get the GS. Besides what is better than a 4 door supra. Oh yah a Lexus supra aka SC400
  22. The BCM which can be a problem with many cars as it controls many features and can cause leakage easily.
  23. If it is pre 95 then your RX330 would take it easy. 95-97 close but 98-2000 no chance. LS are nicely powered for the days they are made but are no comparison to newer Toyota products. Take the ES350 it moves very nice but the ES300 and 330 could not hold a candle to it if they tried.
  24. Need to check it again with the car locked then. What is your alternator output voltage? Turn your dome light to off from door and see if it makes a difference.
  25. Find a way to remove the old bolts. It is a problm from non stainless screws being used to mount them. I had a similar problem on my LS and the dealer drilled them out. Problem being it was on a slant and drilled a new hole which leaked.
