  1. The front sub frame connector it is behind the front wheels and covered by a plastic cover. The rear is the diff , you need a long jack to reach either one .
  2. Lower octane leads to increased carbon buildup. Also IACV is common and your problem.
  3. I also made a similar question in the general maintenance section with a poll a long time ago for a wider veiw.
  4. I bought a few sets of rims which had them installed new and used. I would rather not drive than drive on a Kumho.
  5. I have the filter on my 98 LS and it works great. I have no problems and the gains are unknown if any. I just cleaned it for the first time 3 weeks ago before i left for lex fest. It looked clean but did have a good amount of dirt trapped in it. Get the K&N filter cleaning kit and spray just enough and then spin it in the air to remove excess before allowing to drip for a few hours before installing it again. It is ready to go being profiled when you buy it new.
  6. If you move the switch then it pops the relay off then it would be the most prevalent issue to deal with the switch first.
  7. What did you find out in your previous search of "regulator" in the ES section?
  8. Try and make a title with a little more thought to the actual thread. "2008 " really says nothing now does it? It will help you to get more answers as well as others to learn from it.
  9. All the sub forums are being broken down by "NEW" models only getting separate sub forums.
  10. Which system do you have the Mark Levinson ,nav or?
  11. Make sure the bulb is seated properly and the gasket still works in it. It is an easy place for ti to leak through.
  12. When i use mine i found the car has to be waxed well as well as properly washed. The blade also needs to be waxed to keep it supple and slick. I then keep a microfiber towel and give a quick wipe to the blade after each stroke. It keeps it real clean and caused no scratching at all.
  13. Either a major vacuum leak or the sensor plug fell off . It is on the intake pipe at the front of the engine under the airbox cover.
  14. Use PB blaster and spray tech track edges which will allow it to drain to the rear corners which you cannot see. Then spray it into the front corners directly and watch it flow out by you door jams on the ground.
  15. Very true ,any good tech would know the bearing needs pressure to make the grinding noise. A rotating wheel would make no noise in the air unless it was about to fall off.
  16. You need to tighten the bolts holding the thin black metal rod . It is located between the 2 hinges holding the door to the frame. Follow the sound if you still do not understand where it is .
  17. If you read the first few post in this thread it tells you everything available. thanks
  18. SOunds like it was installed improperly or you have been launching it hard too often . Those are the problems that usually kills them .
  19. Clean the iacv and the throttle body but it is pretty normal.
  20. No clue how it could , so it should be no problem. Just make sure you use a proper relay wiring kit from the battery.
  21. Very nice. You get to wonder about loaners , here we get only ES's
  22. An IS and bagged don't really go together ?
  23. Either a fuel pressure priming problem or an iacv.
  24. The V8 was never a part of the car originally so i would not be able to get it unless there is a generic one form another car. No clue on cost for that peice if at all.
