  1. Thanks, i will be going slightly different for next year and will be selling my OZ rims for a set of works and my JIC's if i can save up enough to get air runner air suspension.
  2. disconnect the battery terminal and reconnect it after a minute.
  3. Moved to the LS section.
  4. Any 95 and up LS400/430 rims will fit each other.
  5. I would look at you battery cables and terminals then the alternator output as well as the batteries load level. Just a note toys but only the 92-93 had the variable rear brake load adjuster hanging on them from 94 it was discontinued to a normal proportioning valve. Also in 97 the rear rotors were reduced to a smaller size on to what it on the Camry .
  6. You missed the other thread.
  7. Mine are also staggered and lowered with JIC suspension about 2-3 inches. I do not rub except up front where i put an oversized tire of 255 instead of 245 i dont' mind the slight rubbing for the secutiry of extra cushion of the rims up front which take the most impact.
  8. Car doean not start mean it does not turn over/crank or cranks but does not fire. That needs to be clarified.
  9. The car starter is much better at warming the engine than the block heater which is mainly for extremes.
  10. Tranny mounts should help also keeping it out of O/D and in pwr mode will help as mine is similar due to the drive by wire system.
  11. Too make my previous post longer or more explanitory.............. For my 98 LS the replacement glass alone not including the housing costs $400 as it is an LCD for dimming and heated. With the housing it is over $700 for a replacement complete. Now if i was offered a peice of glass for 100 and change i would be more than happy. My post was to put it into perspective since yours is by far cheaper than mine. Sorry you could not read between the lines. If you are looking to hit gold in every single response then an interent forum is not really the place for that. It is a reference tool used to gather information and filter what works for your situation best. Expecting more than that is just looking to be let down. BTW thanks for the support and no one owes me anything . I do this for free for the community to learn from what I have gained. So just like when i started and knew nothing as there were no "interent" forums to find answer ,now there is more than you want to read between the 3 main sites to answer all you basic questions.
  12. Get dynomat to insulate your trunk to seal it better.
  13. with and without caps
  14. search as there are a few ways to remove them with heat and dental floss
  15. options i have heard that there is a shut off sequence but i don't know what it is and some have said it does not work for them, OR You can remove the sensors and install them in a wheelbarrow tire and pressureize it with them inside the tire and place it in the trunk to shut the alarm off. OR OR buy new sensors and install them
  16. Too bad there are no 98 and up charged 1uz-fe. :(
  17. I alsways thought every coach optioned vehicle came with the luggage set with wheels ,emblems, mats and colours as well as the Leather interior.
  18. Take a wheel to a local fastern warehouse. We have brafasco here and they stock every single bolt nut washer and everything else for thread pitch and other. Also did you try the dealer to see if they have any?
  19. Should be no problem at all. Not sure if you would want an LX over there more for bad/no roads.
  20. Check the wheel and tire section for all available bolt patterns and sizes. All 5 bolts for lexus they are the same
  21. Is it blinking fast or at the same time as the indicator turns on?
  22. Cheaper than my $400 replacement glass .
  23. All vehicles since 1997 with second generation airbags all have data recorders built into the SRS system to record the info for a 20 second window before the srs sytem is activated.
  24. The only way to start is to have a 96 ecu installed. It should have been done with the new install. There are no engine parts that work from 92-96 as there are 2 different engiens completly. If you have no codes being stored then it may be faulty wiring.
